It's a decent pharmacy. Got all that you need. Sometimes there's an issue with the systems going down and they can't process anything, but otherwise knowledgeable and convenient location for public transport. Scarce car parking as it's on the main road.
Mathew the pharmacist, is the most kind person whom you may find in your life. The reception it is a mixture, BUT most are good, caring and kind Regarding that are more expensive than other pharmacies, I do not agree at all. Their prices are much better than Morrissons supermarket., that is the only option close buy. Furthermore, what will you be spending to reach other places it is not worth the extra expenditure as it will be much dearer.
They take much longer to order in once the prescription is oked by the GP than any other pharmacy I have had experience with. They are also significantly more expensive if you want to buy anything there. And now I tried calling them from 2 different phones but there is something wrong with their phone as they can not hear the recipient. Not impressed. *Update* The delay with prescription has happened twice and yet NONE of the people who work there said that their pharmacy especially needs to be registered with them directly (even though they have been nominated via NHS app) and is the reason for delay because you have to call them and they must search for your prescription manually…that’s a first I’m hearing about this. But the fact they failed to point this out and addressed my complaint not with me but my husband who picked up the prescription is also very unprofessional. Update 2 (reply) It’s funny how they now blame the GP when they specifically said to my husband that we have to specifically register with them so that they don’t have to manually search for the prescription. Nothing was mentioned about the GP prior and it is a bit hard to believe as they are now changing their excuses. Not impressed at all. Will not be going back, have already changed the pharmacy.
They’re fantastic! We changed pharmacy after getting frustrated with one we’d used for years. Nothing was ever ready on time, prescriptions would go missing between the GP and the pharmacy, and I’d find myself standing around for sometimes as long as an hour waiting. Brent Pharmacy could not be more different. I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes. Prescriptions are always ready and waiting, and they always text me when my son’s special order medicine has arrived. Just great.
I am so fortunate to have this as our local pharmacy. They are not only efficient and professional but also compassionate and patient. This is a business that truly cares for its customers, willing to go the extra mile. Thank you.
Useless I have C. O. P. D I order my prescription they tex me say its there to pick up its never there I order my tabs for my mental health they send me a tex saying its ready to pick up gess what it's never there's the place is a joke lazy workers who can't be bothered to look for peoples prescription all round lazy my husband had to drive 20miles to get my prescription as they told him my c. O. P. D prescription will not be ready for a week even tho I had a tex saying its ready to pick up its unexpectaball then they call me harassing me because I'm complaining think ill be look for a new chemist soon as I can I had to block there number du to them harassment police have bin inform all so my partner ordered he's meds to go to another pharmacy they when Brentford pharmacy with he did not want when he called Brentford pharmacy he was told he's tabs are not were but when we called are new awesome new pharmacy they tell me they are at Brentford pharmacy why do they keep lieing says meds are not there when they are this place is a joke not recommended at all lazy workers who like to make harassment phone calls cuz they get a bad reviews DONT call my number again do u understand
I wouldn’t trust anywhere else to do my repeat prescriptions. Absolutely 5 star for service, great manners and organisation. Great advice whenever needed. You get that personal service unlike other pharmacy’s. Always a friendly welcome. Makes such a difference when your not feeling so great.
Lovely pharmacy , the staff are great and very quick at preparing meds if you want to pick them up if you call them first . Friendly , sweet and a good fun , chilled team but super efficient at the same time . Always helpful too . I’ve moved further away but I still use these guys for my meds as Matthew , Shriya and the gang who work here are so cool and helpful . ☺️
I cannot fault this pharmacy, outstanding customer service! The staff are Professional, knowledgable, and are always quick at dispensing prescriptions. Our family have been using this pharmacy for years, and have appreciated the advice, aswell as a range of over the counter medicines and wide range of stock! Great pharmacy, would recommend
