Yesterday we had an incredible Christmas at Bingham River House. Together with our family and friends, we enjoyed a delicious meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Simona was very friendly and attentive. Thank you for the great service and well done to the entire staff!
We joined for Christmas dinner. The food was lovely, the drinks were delicious, but most of all, the staff were fantastic. They were friendly and attentive, and had to deal with some very miserable and rude guests (which they dealt with very well). Thank you so much to the staff, Faheem and Lucas, who made our Christmas!
Tonight was another hugely successful experience. We had our Christmas friends’ gathering and it was such a delicious, fun afternoon. The food was beyond — everyone loved their main, and we are a complex group, from vegans to intolerances to meat lovers. The starters were fresh, but for the winter season the soup and homemade bread were just divine. I loved my vegan aubergine dish, but the pork main was a real hit, and the fish was the freshest I’ve tasted in London. And the apple crumble was made vegan — honestly, you couldn’t say you’ve had better. My favourite part: a couple of my friends couldn’t make it, as sadly one of them fell and hurt his back. I asked the staff if they could pack up a couple of dishes, and I dropped them off at my friend’s house. The vegan gnocchi was the best dish my friend has ever tasted, and he even sent me a video review to say so. I want to say a huge thank you to the amazing Bingham team and everyone who made today such a special day. You have eight very happy fans. Kudos to the chef, Vanessa. I love genius and quality mixed with creativity and warmth. My belly and my heart are full.
Wedding venue We got married at the Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond on the 18th of October and couldn’t have wished for a more perfect day. We chose the winter wedding package, and everything from start to finish was beautifully organised. Laure was absolutely wonderful – calm, patient, and so responsive throughout the whole planning process. She explained everything clearly, gave fantastic advice, and it was lovely to have her there on the day with her calm, kind and reassuring manner. The venue looked stunning, with the room very professionally set up and the riverside location providing a beautiful backdrop. The food was exceptional – so many of our guests commented on how delicious it was and how smoothly the whole day ran. The fire pit, hot chocolate, and mulled wine were the perfect added touches for an autumn wedding. A huge thank you to Laure, Sherry, and the entire team at the Bingham Riverhouse for making our wedding day so special. Everything was flawless, and we’ll remember the day for years to come. What a wonderful place! A real home away from home, from the first hello to the last goodbye it feels more like visiting friends than staying in a hotel. The location, right on Richmond riverside, is stunning and perfectly situated for the Richmond shops and restaurants as well as more leisurely walks along the Thames. The interiors are beautifully designed and maintained with the added benefit of beautiful gardens leading down to the Thames towpath. The service and food were excellent with a great choice from more casual dining in the drawing room to the exceptional tasting menu in the Stephen Edwards restaurant. Not to be missed!
I have photographed here many times and this venue is always fantastic! The food is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the garden and terrace have a lovely view of the thames. And it’s only a 10 min walk to Richmond town centre! A gorgeous, contemporary venue with fabulous scenic locations, perfect for romantic portraits. Overall a wonderful place! I can’t wait to go back! :-)
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The room (boudelaire) was amazing with a lovely copper bathtub and amazing views of the Thames. The bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was great, we asked if we could have breakfast in bed and were very kindly obliged. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this hotel!
