   A fantastic pet shop with the most helpful and friendly of staff. Handy customer parking to the front and an amazing selection of dog treats, food, toys and beds. Really clever and interesting items including super strong chew toys and cuddly items. They have a spa too offering a variety of dog grooming services including a walk in nail cutting treatment. Went in on a Saturday late morning and had no wait so was able to take two dogs in for nail cutting and was done in under 10 minutes. Will definitely be going back again!

   I recently visited this place and had a brilliant experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making the visit pleasant from start to finish. The location is very convenient, which made it easy to get to and hassle‑free. One highlight I particularly enjoyed was the Saturday puppy socialisation event. It’s a fantastic opportunity for puppies to meet and play in a safe environment, and it really shows the team’s commitment to creating a positive community for pet owners. Overall, I highly recommend this place for both its excellent service and thoughtful activities.

   Caters for a wide range of animals - Dogs, Cats, Small Animals, Pet Birds, Reptiles, Fish and Wild Birds/Animals. Raw food and live reptile food (as well as frozen reptile food) available too. A wide selection of natural foods for different price points, all made using high quality ingredients. Brands you won’t see in supermarkets, these are designed to be the most nutritional for your pets. Quality of products is clear to see. Four parking spaces out front but also pay and display bays alongside the front of the shop that are easy to use. Also a grooming spa inside (Dogwood).

   I and my 2 pups adore this shop. We always feel so welcome. The pups are spoiled with cuddles and treats every time we go in. The products are top quality especially the brand Great and Small. The staff knowledge is second to none. A super company that deserves its dominance as a national pet shop chain which feels independent at store level. Bravo!

   Finally a place where the staff are brilliant, greeted shoppers on arrival, with a smile, very unusual these days. All staff very knowledgeable on all aspects of looking after your pets, they even told me to change products at the till for a better cheaper brand, amazing!    Shopped in Richmond Pets Corner yesterday and had excellent customer service (as usual). The phrase goes ‘the customer is always right’ and I can tell you that certainly is not the case after what I witnessed. Unfortunately I was in the shop at the same time the poor workers had to deal with a very rude customer. I had a feeling she would write a bad review as she clearly didn’t get her way. People tend to go out of their way to write a bad one if any, so I thought I’d come to write a good, honest one. Despite talking to a particular girl with utter rudeness and degrading her publicly, the worker remained calm, polite and completely professional. No one should have to deal with abuse like that when they are just trying to do their job. I don’t think I could have remained so calm and still be willing to help the customer and resolve her issue. It sounds like that customer won’t be shopping there again and I’m pleased about that for the sake of the lovely staff in there. Keep doing the great job you always do and don’t let these petty people upset you. You certainly have a lifelong customer here.
