   This absolute gem of a place has looked after me and my partner for a 5 night stay and has always impressed. The room has been comfortable, well stocked and cleaned, but the KGH shines because of the wonderful people. The lovely staff have all made us feel so welcome and taken care of us, with great humour and friendliness. The food is fantastic, to the point that we've repeatedly said that if we lived locally, we'd be in every night! We're already planning a return visit. Overall a brilliant place, really cannot overstate how great all the staff are. Friendly, funny, fab. Thanks again!

   We ate at the restaurant after visiting Kew Gardens and it was amazing. We had the best beef pie and sticky toffee pudding since moving to London. Kiril and Saqib made the experience even more special with their kindness. Our kids also loved it and asked when we are coming back. Highly recommend!

   My friend and I went to dine at the restaurant. Our servers were Till and Kiril and they were great. They were very friendly and made great food suggestions. The ambiance was great and we also played some board games. The food also tasted great. We would highly recommend.

   This is a hotel with an English Pub on the ground floor. Plenty tables, a conservatory with more tables. This Sunday it seemed up be almost full with locals, their kids and dogs. The staff was really friendly and attentive, specially for us, a group of 5 adults having different food requirements. They met our expectations. The starters and the main course were delicious. Good sized portions. And for dessert, the apple pie was the favourite. Being Sunday we all chose different roasts that came with plenty flavours and some quite unusual vegetables. Cooked to perfection in my opinion. The waiter was great fun. And suggested a wine not on the menu. It didn't disappoint.

   Lovely room - just needed a little dusting on the light fixture. Better temperature control could also be useful - i.e. a simple switch for the radiators. Fantastic location - extremely close to the underground and Kew Gardens!

   Dropped of a friend from Australia. Her family always use this hotel when visiting England so the hotel must be doing something right. Took luggage to her room which was a large well appointed suite. The food on offer has always been good with a great menu choices.

   Very nice area. We already knew the area. We had a meal on the saturday evening and breakfast on sunday morning. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly although at breakfast one person only was doing almost everything as they were obviously understaffed. It was very tasty and filling. I could had done with more refillable drinks at breakfast. The room itself was clean and adequate for the price. There was nothing extra special but nothing missing. I would recommend this hotel for it's location and the pub has a friendly atmosphere.

   Stayed for one night, started poorly as the pub was shut and it wasn't clear if there was a separate hotel entrance. The front of house was a bit rude, we had popped in early to leave our bags but I was interrupted before I could say this. The bags were then left on the stairs without my name being taken and were not stored in a secure area. Apart from that, the stay was quite pleasant and the location was good, the room was nice and clean with enough amenities. Check out was easy and didn't have any noise problems.
