   Latitude Apartments has been renting and managing my flat with absolute professionalism for over 7 years now. They've ensured to kept my flat in immaculate condition, always paid on time and truly cared for it like their own. As a landlord perpetually travelling on work, it is a blessing to have the Latitude team at the helm of affairs personally overseeing that the flat remains in top shape. At moments of emergency and crisis, they have proactively taken control of the situation. We cannot thank them enough for allowing us the peace of mind, having managed our property so well. We highly recommend them and has been a real pleasure working with them.

   I had a fantastic experience at Latitude, conveniently located near the train station. The standout feature of this place is undoubtedly its exceptional team, led by Saul. Saul is not only highly efficient but also incredibly kind and humble. He always provides swift and effective solutions to any concerns. Good accommodation with full facilities, close to restaurants, markets and a Park. I was fortunate to be on the top floor and the eyeshot was marvellous with plenty of natural light. My contract ends in December so I will be sad leaving this place.

   I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.

   Had an excellent experience here during two weeks whilst I found myself some longer term accommodation in the country. The apartments are larger than you'll expect from the photos. They are very comfortable and have underfloor heating which is just such the right way to go for heating! The location is also good just a 5 minute walk to East Croydon Station and a few more minutes to the shops in the center of Croydon. Really appreciated their flexibility in terms of mine in and move out dates. Can highly recommend.

   We stayed in Latitude Apartmens for four days. The apartment was very clean, modern with a lot of space. Perfectly located near train station, bus stops (easy to reach Selhurs Park), food court, supermarket and shops. Just about 20 minutes by train from London and Gatwick. Check-in and check-out service was very nice and easy. Dr Naila was warm and friendly and gave us a lot of information about what to see, do and eat in Croydon and London. We rekommend Latitude Apartments

   Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.

   We had a family 2-bedroom apartment and ours was brilliantly spacious. It was a large apartment, more space than others in central London so pleased with our choice! ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Good equipment and fittings. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and dishwasher for our convenience, and a full sized refrigerator. As it was hot, the owner arranged for mobile aircon which was a bonus. The location is very near to the station and halal food is available on the doorstep. Box Park has a wonderful halal joint "Thai Express" that serves one of the best Nasi Goreng we had in London (other is Makan Cafe in Portobello Road). There are 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walking and a massive green park across the block. We felt very safe in the area and people were generally friendly in providing us with directions. The staff were very friendly, professional and every attempt possible was made to be accommodating. They always had good attitude and quick answer. Next time we come to London, we will definitely stay here....Totally recommend!

   We stayed for 5 days and extended by a further 6 days we we were not sure as to what to expect. The communication was first class with response time ultra efficient. Wonderfully located in between London Gatwick and the London central district, it's a close walk to the station with express trains into London. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. I particularly loved the fact there were no carpets, just wooden flooring throughout because I am allergic.The rooms were decent size with proper double beds and comfortable mattress. The two bathrooms were a bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked and we liked the free snacks and water. Good restaurants locally and handy for waitrose. The only negative - no TV in bedroom. Kudos on everything....especially for the attentive staff. Outstanding!!
