   The rooms were not bad, comfortable and cleaned. My bed was extremely squeaky which was rather annoying part way through the night. My shower wall and door to the bathroom I would say has seen better days due to some moisture in the air and it being a sort of wet room bathroom but still okay. My only complaint would be the thickness of the doors as rude people coming in in the early hours who clearly did not respect others sleeping, easily woke me and another couple up at some points in the night. The fact that it is a 2 minute walk to the station though was perfect. Recommend for a night before needing to jump on the Eurostar or something

   Perfect location next to the most beautiful railway station in all of London. Easy access to many tube lines, also many pubs and shops around. British Library with their excellent exhibitions only a few walking minutes away. The single room was - as I knew from the pictures - tiny but that is to be expected everywhere in London. It was clean though and I slept very well. Everybody was absolutely friendly and helpful. It is possible to leave the bag there after checkout and retrieve it later when you have an evening flight home.

   The location is excellent, close to the station. Stayed here with my mom for the weekend. The room is a bit small, but if you are looking for a budget friendly hotel this is the place. The room is clean and bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and would 100% stay here again if i ever come back to London!

   Staff went above and beyond for me after leaving my favourite dress behind. They sent it all the way back to Scotland for me. They were so accommodating, the hotel was comfortable and I felt safe as a solo female. The location being so close to King’s Cross was really good too, would highly recommend

   Great location for a short walk to King cross and St. Pancras stations. The room is good. There are 4 pillows, heater, and shampoo as well as clean towels. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. If I come back to London next time I will stay here again for sure! Worth it.

   For the price it was a great hotel to stay at for a few days with mates. It was clean and all facilities were in order and we were so close to central London. A great location!

   This hotel was in an excellent location after getting in from St Pancras late. The receptionist was really friendly and helpful. No breakfast but didn't matter and we were aware. Had a nice breakfast in Kings Cross.

   Came here with my assistance dog as needed a room for the night. The man at the door initially told me he could find me a room if I paid him cash. When I lifted out cash, I came back and he said they cannot accept dogs. I tried to explain that assistance dogs are protected by law but he continued to refuse service. Do not stay here.

   For what this is and the price it's unbeatable. My room was tiny but the bed was comfy and there was a desk to work from with superb wifi. Everything was super clean. The building's quiet and they mount an extra door to the entrance of each floor so you never hear voices form the hallway. The hotel is family-owned and Steve who runs it was SO nice. It's just a three minute walk from Kings Cross, so my arrival and departure was unimaginably easy. Lots of great restaurants and pubs nearby, and the neighborhood is lovely. Finally, Steve was kind enough to hold my bags at the desk on my checkout day so I could go off and have a final lunch unencumbered. A+ all the way!
