   Excellent stay! We stayed at Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre as international travellers for a long stay over Christmas and New Year’s, and it was absolutely the right choice. The location is unbeatable. Uxbridge Station is literally right outside the door, making transportation around London effortless. The town centre is less than a 5 minute walk with plenty of food options, shopping, and essentials, which made daily life incredibly easy. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and consistently well maintained, which is exactly what you want when staying for an extended period. A special shoutout to Sammy, who truly felt like a host rather than just staff. His recommendation of a larger room for the three of us made a huge difference it allowed us to feel relaxed, comfortable, and well-rested throughout our stay. As an added bonus, the room had an amazing vantage point for the New Year’s Eve fireworks, which was an unforgettable experience. Also a big thank you to Dhanu, who was always friendly and welcoming whenever we stopped downstairs for a light bite. He consistently made us feel comfortable and at home. Overall, this hotel delivers on access to food, comfort, cleanliness, and transport everything you need for an stress-free stay. Highly recommended, especially for long stays or international travellers.

   We stayed 30 December 2025 for 2 nights. We have stayed in many premier inn hotels around England and are loyalty members. We have appreciated our stays, until we came to the Uxbridge hotel! Now we will think twice and be more careful before booking any other premier hotels we haven’t visited. Below is our experience. I was staying with my 5 year old daughter. We arrived from our train journey at 11am and went straight to the hotel. Yes we knew check in was 3pm as mentioned in the hotel site. However in other premier inn hotels we have stayed in- they always used to give us a room early as we were with a toddler. Or at least let us keep our bags there for a short time till a room was available. We went to check in and we were the first in line at reception. The team member named Sammy could see I was alone with a 5 year old, yet ignored us for over 10 minutes while he was on a personal call. My mood completely got negative on this first impression and I wanted to cancel then and there. But I had prepaid in advance. Then we he finally spoke to us- he very rudely said “Check in is at 3pm” without even asking any further details. And also no concern about me being with a child. Just rude and bossy as if we were there on charity! Then again he kept us waiting while he was reprimanding another staff. Finally another 10 minutes we waited and I asked for our bags to be kept until 3pm. I also requested a bath tub as shown on the website for the standard rooms. And he said we have to request in advance! I didn’t want to argue and asked very politely if we can pay extra for a bath tub! Finally he agreed to allocate a room with a bath tub! By that time I was thoroughly displeased and wanted to check to the other premier inn in Uxbridge but when I checked on the app- it was unfortunately fully booked. We came back at 2pm and there was another staff member called Dhanu who had no idea about our request for a bath tub and had to call Sammy and ask. And again they didn’t allow us to check in and asked us to come back at 3pm. After 3 pm when we got the room -704- the room was not even cleaned properly- the toilet had dirt on the floor, the bath tub had dirt. The carpets were smelly. There was only one towel ! I had to go down and request all lacking. It was such a difference from the other premier inn hotels we had stayed in. Special mention to the York one, Edinburgh also! No water in the rooms. The coffee and milk were not replenished. It was a terrible stay! We spent most of the days outside. Uxbridge is a super town. We requested the room to be cleaned the next day and the housekeeping came at 3pm to clean the room! And this was when we had come back to the room to put our girl to sleep! And I just declined the cleaning. It is such a shame as the location is superb. But the staff in the Uxbridge branch have ruined the true premier inn standards. When we checked out on the 1st January at 12 noon, we overheard Sammy pushing a couple checking out, to write a good review ! What a pathetic way to manage customer feedback. Pushing them… A terrible customer service due to Sammy and his team. Will never ever stay there and we will tell all our colleagues and friends to not sight the hotel ! An absolute disappointing stay.

   I have been to this particular Premier Inn 3 times and never really had any complaints. Comfy beds, location right next to bus stops and train station. The service here is just ordinary as each time we have turned up fairly late in the evening/ early morning so they’ve quickly checked us in each time we have been there. We haven’t really had the food there as this particular Premier Inn is a 5 min walk from Uxbridge town centre so you have a lot of options to choose from. So location is top notch. Beds are what you get, comfy and convenient with choice for extra pillows which some hotels don’t provide. All in all I would recommend this Premier Inn as the value for money, location, service and beds are good quality.

   I had an important meeting at three o'clock at the hotel but unfortunately I couldn't make it to the end. The guy who was working at the reception today gave me a room that wasn't clean. I don't think it's his first day working at the hotel. And he spoke to me rudely. I think he needs to look for another job, he doesn't speak nicely to customers. He is very aggressive in his words. I was lucky with the cleaning staff, as far as I remember her name is Andreea, that's what it said on the badge. He spoke to me very politely that he would take care of the room immediately and clean it. And I said that I don't have time, I need another room urgently. I will be more specific once the guy at the reception spoke to me very rudely. I had an unforgettable experience at (Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre) The room was immaculate, with a superb view and 5 star cleanliness, from the linen to the bathroom. The staff, especially Mrs. Andreea from cleaning, was extremely kind. I highly recommend! Everything was beyond expectations, a perfect place to relax.25-12-2025

   Excellent location where you have train, bus and town market with it's beauty are just few metres away. Many churches of various denominations within 5 minutes walk. The minus is that the hotel heating seems control centrally and both you and your visitors have to pay dearly for parking.

   Been quite a few times to this hotel because its a perfect location for us. Welcoming staff and great rooms for a really good price. We will be booking with them regularly as we have family in London. Last visit was for christmas eve to boxing day and still service was on point
