    Dodge as hell! they called me 1 day before check in and canceled the reservation without any notice. Don't be fooled by the low price, you'll risk having to sleep on the road a few hours before your trip.

    Arrived two days ago as per reservation, the place looks derelict, nobody there, cut off when I rang the number; forced to stay in another hotel. Caused financial hardship and a great deal of stress. Totally unacceptable. Only selected one star so that I could list my review. No option for zero stars.

    let me start by saying the host opened the door wearing slippers and a pyjama. the room is exposed, the carpets and burnt, the bathroom has an unbearable smell. There was a blood like stain on the bed sheets, also a lot of hair. the couch was sticky and the bed was dirty. there was an awful smell, I had to mention this again. the side table was dirty and it looked like the room has never been cleaned, ever. I had to leave the property within 50 seconds or else I would've suffocated. Not recommended, not even for free.

    Stay away from here! we arrived at this hotel attracted by the low price for the night. Our excitement to rest for the night was soon gone when we realized that the four of us were bitten and tormented by bed bugs. We did not rest at all that night due to bed bugs everywhere. They were crawling on the bed, carpet and over the furniture. At 3:00 am, we decided we had enough of torture and began to pack pack our luggage and prepare to leave. We found more bed bugs crawling over our luggage and bags and the carpet on the room. We found our blood stains all over the bed when we got up. Our bodies were covered by their bites during our attempt to sleep. Approximately 2 weeks later the bites turned into very irritating/ itchy spots all over our bodies accompanying us on the rest of our Europe trip vacation. We think that this is a huge safety concern for the well-being of guests including us. We are still extremely unhappy as nothing was done by the hotel despite a submission of a complaint and phone call to the hotel. We will not be able to recommend this hotel to anyone after this disgusting experience! Please find pictures of all the blood stains on the bed as well as the bed bugs on our bed.

    I had a nightmare experience with this hotel and company, I booked through booking.com a week before my arrival from a different city, once I arrived on time for my check-in around 3 pm there was no one and no information and I could not get into the hotel. I have tried to call their customer services they kept saying we will get in touch with the hotel manager and come back to me with an update. I waited and waited for no reply as I have had an appointment I had to go and leave my bag in the car and come back around 11 pm expecting someone to be there and no one was there and I have called and been told that my room has been double booked and I cannot stay. I went back and forth between this dodgy company and booking.com until around 1 am and then had to rebook at holiday in at least to find a place to sleep. I a lot of stress for hours just to find a place to sleep this happened more than two weeks ago and I still did not receive my refund although booking.com advised this company to refund me. After emailing them few times so far nothin happened I am planning to file a claim to the small claims court to get my refund and damages for the hours of stress I went through. Please avoid booking with this company they are corrupt & dodgy people.

    Worst hotel experience of my life or should I say lack there of. There is no staff inside the hotel to help. The check-in is a self check in but I did not receive the email with instructions as promised. I then called the hotel who did not answer my many calls. I was sat outside for half an hour trying to get into the hotel to no avail. I will never book with this hotel chain again and I strongly advise anyone thinking of booking with them to find somewhere else. If I could I would give zero stars!

    My first time with this place was ok, but yesterday it was a disaster! Toilet was extremely disgusting, i couldnt even look at it, it was absolutely not cleaned or even wiped, I had to clean it myself and I was really mad. This is exactly why I didnt book a shared bathroom somewhere else! But I ended up paying for a private bathroom and having a shared one.

    View the website in detail prior to arrival. The location was convenient and rooms clean. ...but the self checkin and lack of communication is a big issue! Had to wait on a fellow guest to let me in as there's no help or check in desk. The provided contact number was constantly unavailable..... sigh. Lemme just say that whoever manages these guest rooms need to step up their game!!
