   I had a wonderful experience leaving my cat, Lulu, at this cattery. The space was warm and comfortable, with a heater to keep her cosy. Sam went above and beyond by creating a little den for Lulu, thoughtfully placing a blanket over the top and sides of her enclosure so she could feel safe and secure. She also spent time playing with Lulu to help her settle in, which meant so much to me and clearly helped Lulu feel comfortable and safe. The regular updates and videos were incredibly reassuring and completely put my mind at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cattery and will definitely be bringing Lulu back again.

   Our little Bella has stayed with Goulds Green Cattery for more than once, and we have been thoroughly happy with all the services and amenities that they provide. We are especially thankful to Sam, Julie and Michael for taking care of Bella. As she is a timid little one, they have gone at her pace and looked after her. We get little snippets of how she is whenever we are away and we breathe easy knowing she is in good hands. Thank you for all your effort & kindness! I would definitely recommend Goulds Green Cattery.

   I recently boarded my cat Fluffy at Goulds Green Cattery and coulndt be happier with the experience. The cattery was spotlessly clean and have a lovely calm atmosphere. Sam seemed incredibly caring and attentive to Fluffy's needs. Sam provided me with regular updates and videos which really put my mind at ease while I was away. Overall I would highly recommend Goulds Cattery to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their furr baby.

   We've been using this cattery for a couple of years now. Our old cattery closed down a while back and we were worried that our cat would find it difficult to settle in to a new place - fortunately we didn't have any problems. This is a lovely clean, well run cattery. The staff are nice and friendly and always willing to accommodate any requirements.

   We feel very lucky to have discovered Goulds Green Cattery after our usual cattery closed down. Our young rescue tabby is a very nervous cat but after dropping her off and seeing the cattery, we felt very happy that she would be very well cared for. When she did come home, she appeared well, calm and happy. Thank you Goulds Green for your excellent, friendly and genuine care. We will definitely book in with you again.

   I've never used a cat hotel/cattery before, but my experience with Goulds Green was great. My cat stayed with Michael and Sam for almost 2 weeks over Christmas. I can tell they really care about their pet clients and keep a close eye on them to make sure they are doing well being away from home. Only piece of feedback: it would have been nice to receive more photos of my cat throughout the stay, though when I asked I did get prompt replies every time.

   I left Leo with Michael for a long weekend, and he was great at keeping an eye on him and recording his feeds and needs. It was the first time we had left our cat at a cattery, so he was shy. When we got Leo home, he settled in well and was happy. It’s a lovely cattery, and his pen was large, clean and warm. I would recommend Goulds Green Cattery because I felt that my cat was in safe hands.

   I was delighted to find this cattery so close to my home There is only one word to describe it is superb. Excellent environment both physically and emotionally. Purposeful built building . Very spacious rooms which are decided into two one for sleeping and one for eating which are warm , bright and airy . The actual care given to our cat was loving and caring and a log was kept each day on the activities of the cat . I am just so pleased to find this cattery it even has excellent parking !

   They took so much care of my cat bless them, they are such amazing people and they fed him on time and changed his food everyday. They wouldn’t go a day without giving him some love, and they sent us some pictures of him and we also extended it for some reasons and they allowed it.

   Our cat and we had a great experience at the cattery. Michael was very helpful on arrival and was very easy to communicate with throughout. The facilities were clean and fresh. Our cat returned very relaxed and we were kept up to date throughout his stay. I would highly recommend this facility.
