   I am having bad experience with this agency. I rented a property with Christopher Nevill 3 months ago. There is some maintenance work reported to landlord and the agency but it is not fixed yet. Now, agent has stopped responding to my messages. This is unprofessional behaviour from Olivia(one of the agents). I would not recommend anyone to this agency.

   At the start of our search for a new home staff at Christopher Nevill have been very helpful to us. At the beginning of our search we visited and put an offer in on a property that we liked. Unfortunately due to us failing to sell our property on time this did not work out. However, Darren was supportive and honest throughout this process and remained positive about our search moving forward. We then visited another property in August 2022 and immediately put an offer in the same day. Darren was very punctual about putting this offer across to the seller and thankfully it was accepted. The process from this point dragged a little but this was not down to the team at Christopher Nevill as there was some issues in getting the chain completed. Elmer gave us regular updates on the progress of things and was always quick to respond to queries and get back to us. Elmer was able to communicate with the other estate agents and solicitors involved and we had confidence that he would be able to get things done. Having now exchanged and got a completion date Elmer is still communicating and supporting us with our last steps.
