   Great team I recently moved into a rental property in Iver in August 2025, managed by Hamptons – Gerrards Cross Lettings, and the entire experience has been exceptionally honest, smooth, and professional. From the very beginning, Jake Finch provided outstanding support. He was my first point of contact and demonstrated honesty, professionalism, and genuine care throughout the entire process. From the initial viewing to the final move-in, he communicated clearly, answered every question with patience, and ensured that every step was handled efficiently and effectively. His positive attitude and commitment to delivering a reliable service made the whole transition significantly easier. Jake’s approach truly stands out and reflects very well on Hamptons. The property manager, Andzelika Pilewska, has also been remarkable. She is extremely efficient, organised, and highly responsive. Every issue or query I have raised has been resolved quickly and without the need for any reminders. Her professionalism and attention to detail give a strong sense of reassurance, and it is clear that she takes great pride in providing excellent service and support to tenants. Her ability to manage matters promptly and smoothly has made settling into the property much more comfortable. I am genuinely pleased that I chose this property, especially knowing that it is supported by such capable and dedicated individuals.    in 1996 I bought a home in Iver, six months later I left the country for work and needed to get it rented out. Hamptons took care of everything for me and made it easy. Fast forward to 2025 and I never returned to England, Hamptons have managed my property through several tenants over the years and Colleen Brandon who I think has pretty much kept an eye on my account over the years treats me like a family member when we chat, though its not very often there is a need. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and attention to detail. Just recently my long time tenant moved out and the house needed tidying up with paint and new carpet (normal wear and tear). It was all taken care of and a new tenant found with the house standing empty only the time it took to redecorate. Thank you Colleen and the Hamptons team!

   One of the most extortionate letting agents I have dealt with. They do also try very hard to push you into long term agreements in order to get a lump sum % fee. If you are an inexperienced landlord they can be very intimidating. Luckily I stood my ground and made it very clear I knew what I wanted and why I wanted it that way. As a landlord I did not feel they were working to my best interest, rather only their own fees. I have dealt with many agents , I found Hamptons Gerrards Cross , lettings the most money minded and pushy. Would not use or recommend.

   Most Unprofessional estate agents in town. The staff was extremely rude. When I called them for a viewing they kept in messing us around. Asking for bank statements, etc just for a viewing. I would never sell or buy my house through them

In a sector awash with hype and false promsies to secure the 'sale', it was refreshing to see the profressionalism and honesty in the lettings and administrative staff here, right throughout the process, from 1st contact to finalizing the lease. Always punctual, efficient and polite, it was a pleasure doing business with this branch - I would recommend them to anyone considering purchase or lease in this area.

   The agents Hamptons International Lettings in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire have been a huge help to my boyfriend, flatmate, and myself the past few weeks.
