   From start to finish, Stirling Ackroyd Staines have been amazing!! From the selling team, I dealt with Alex and Callum. They were extremely professional from the outset, which included shaking hands (which many estate agents do not do). The little things make a difference! Mea and Sandra from the sales progression team were also so professional and so so helpful. Alex, Callum, Sandra and Mea - nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to help with a friendly attitude. This made my buying process so much easier. Thank you!!

   I recently used Romans to let out my property in Staines-Upon-Thames and have been delighted with the service they provided. I advertised my property through their website after a really thorough and helpful meeting with one of their estate agents, Akash. This was my first experience of leasing out a property and Akash took the time to explain all the services they could provide in great detail and advised me based on his experience which was so helpful. I actually liaised with three estate agents in the area to advertise my property, but Romans stood out above the rest. The tenant moved in just as the lockdown was enforced and I was worried about the continuity of service. But Romans dealt with everything professionally and efficiently. When there were any issues to be resolved, another estate agent, Alex has been very helpful in getting things done during the lockdown. I’ve recently been helped by Heather who has gone above and beyond to provide an excellent customer service, particularly helping me when my boiler broke down and I was having trouble getting a British Gas engineer to come out to fix it. She is always really happy to help with any query. She deals with everything very quickly and efficiently - no complaints! I’ve had excellent customer service from Jessica Phillips, my property manager who has dealt with all my queries efficiently and effectively. I really appreciate her going above and beyond to sort things out.
