We also did not hesitate to book our sons first 'boys' holiday via Hays based on previous experiences. Sophie is just wonderful and goes above and beyond, from emailing the hotels to request side by side rooms and twin beds from the boys, to aiding with Check Out. The TUI app can be a bit temperamental at times. She is also incredibly patient and happy to spend time with us searching for the right destination and hotels. We are very indecisive. Fantastic service all round with the lovely Sophie being that cherry on top.”

“I could not believe the service was so amazing. I got screwed by the airlines and was stuck at the airport due to a very unfortunate set of circumstances. While at the airport, I found Flights Travel on Google and I could not believe that their prices were literally 50% less than the airlines directly. I wasn't sure if it was legit, but I took a gamble...and guess what? IT PAID OFF. Nick Johnson called me directly and offered me an even better flight than what I had asked for. I could not believe it, they offer a concierge service at less of a price than the airlines. I'll be booking more flights for sure!”

Please try to understand that sometimes third party partners may be slow in providing confirmations. They can be difficult to deal with as they are based abroad. Not the fault of the agency. However, this is beyond the travel agencies control. In short, we have used the company on several occasions and we cannot fault their service. We just returned from Umrah and honestly were glad we chose Aerolinks Travel. The transfers and transport contacts were very good.
