   By far the worst travel agents I’ve ever use manager Sally is terrible to deal with I would avoid at all cost I requested insurance they some how did not charge me for it And now I’m out of pocket please be aware of this firm avoid .avoid .avoid

   Extremely Rude and Dissapointed I wrote to this Agency a week ago as I am based n Australia enquiring about a potential trip to Austria with my elderly parents who live a few minutes away in Hemel. I was digusted and extremely disappointed that no one has had the decency to reply to my email. In Australia we don't treat people this way.

   First impressions were great,friendly, charismatic and very experienced. Then it came down to business and they were absolutely useless. I was promised by Steve Molloy and Sally combined , that they would call me back with updates on my holiday that they were trying to book for me.On 3 separate occasions over a 5 day period, and on every occasion they failed. Every time I walked into the shop to ask for an update in person because they were unable to follow up on their word they said “ sorry we are really busy”. Full of nonsense, nice to your face but there’s no substance or work ethic underneath it all, lazy unreliable people. A disgrace to their company which no doubt has good people working for it somewhere.

   DO NOT GO! Would not recommend! So rude after a family member past. Went back to say the person in charge of the booking had passed away and to change the name. We where still receiving emails addressed to the person who had passed. They said they could not remove the member from the booking and that they could just do a fake passport number and right then down as a no show! How can they do this. This upset all the family going. It was also someone’s birthday and they never told the hotel about this! I wish I knew where to go to take this further. Absolutely disgraceful.
