“I recently visited the T4 hayes town. Its soo cool that i can customize the sugar and ice levels. Staff is very helpful and nice. I had tried some free samples which the lady is giving to everyone. Mango royal tea is soo delicious. I highly recommend visiting this branch for quick service.”

“Amazing staff and owner. They gave my mum water on a very hot day and then helped us locate a missing bag. Very prompt communication through the chat, and I could tell they really cared. My mum was so thankful coming here for water. The staff are amazing and very caring. Please make sure you pop by here after getting off the train. “Very sweet place - straightforward food and all keenly priced. Good service. Huge menu of options and completely out of the way so lots of room. Filled with honest local folks ie delivery drivers, council workmen and labourers and all menu items are tasty and of good quality. Very friendly staff, very friendly chef / owner who makes sure a freshly ironed copy of The Sun is there each day. Very highly recommended as these good honest places are hard to come by nowadays.”

“I’m a daily customer going for a large cup of tea in the morning and evenings. The service is amazing, staff kind friendly and approachable. The menus is very good can find breakfast and light snack staples. Give them a try you won’t regret.”

“Had a lovely relaxed lunch here. The cafe is well run, had quick service and the staff were really friendly. There was a good range of sandwiches, hot lunces as well as hot and cold drinks. I had the vegetarian sausage bap, really impressed. Was tasty and hot.”

“I was impressed by Mr. Damien (I hope so,I spelled his name right) presentation and professionalism. We ordered some coffee, and he did not forget to show us where the sugar was. The cashier area was filled with stock, and everything was labeled with price and all necessary information for the calories and allergens. But I could not see something with low calories.”

“This review is long, long overdue. I first visited the UK back in 2012. I was sightseeing when I came across this cafe. This was my first full day in London, and my first meal in the city, and it was very good. Seriously, it was exactly what I needed. The young woman who served me was very nice and she could tell by my Canadian accent that I was visiting. Fast-forward to 2018. This was my third time in London, but my second time eating here, and it looked better than before, and the food was even better, too. And to top it off, the same young woman was still working there, and she remembered me. I'll be returning to London next month, and I'll definitely be having breakfast here again!”

A special mention to Michelle and Iwone, who were both welcoming, helpful, and made the visit feel genuinely enjoyable. Great value for money and a nice atmosphere. “The Nest climbing is a fantastic facility for your bouldering adventures. The staff and people make it a very friendly and welcoming place for climbers of all ages and skill levels to participate in the sport we love. There are a number of expert led small grouped classes to participate in between your time on the wall helping you build mobility and strength in order to progress in your climbs. I can recommend this place highly enough.”

I am visiting this restaurant for the third time and I always find this place filled with people having laughter and joy. Such a nice vibe I have at this place. The lady who owns the restaurant is main reason for keeping this place lively. Such a nice woman, manages everything by her own bootstraps. Reasons to visit this restaurant: Great place, fabulous food, heartfelt service, free WIFI if you need to spend time alone and of-course ample slots to park your vehicle. At last, may be opportunity to handshake with some light minded senior audience.”

“We used Grounded to supply some serving platters for an event at home we hosted. Lauren and her team were excellent at responding and sorting everything out to do with questions and paperwork. On the day she turned up exactly when she said she would and the food not only looked phenomenal but it tasted even better. Can't recommend them enough if you need an event catered for.”

“Visited yesterday for the first time, we only live round the corner and had no idea it was here! Will definitely be a regular breakfast spot now. The breakfast was amazing, good quality ingredients and cooked perfectly and a good portion. My partner got my tea order wrong asking for milk in it, the girl behind the counter was happy to change it (thank you!) She was lovely, very polite and friendly. Lots of dog walkers passed by, seems a very dog friendly area which is nice, big park outside for running around. Overall a lovely little cafe. Parking was a little confusing, not sure if its because it looks like there is some rennovations being done next door the car park was closed off, but parked down the road and walked up, was only a minute away.”

“A lovely cafe right by the river and London Bridge station. You can sit outside under cover in the archways at Hays Galleria which is lovely. We had the burrata and pulled lamb wedges to start - and the lamb was incredible! We then had the seafood pasta and bacon, pistachio and onion linguine and loved the combo of flavours. The red velvet cheesecake is also a must order - it was so delicious! We really enjoyed all the food, the great service and the atmosphere.”
