   My father ordered a latte with more milk and less foam and experienced shockingly awful customer service, especially from Neha. The drink was made wrong, and when he calmly raised it, he was rudely told to go elsewhere if he wanted it made properly. After saying he will be providing feedback, she showed her badge and said do what you want and that Neha was her name, showing utter disrespect . The attitude, disrespect, and blatant lack of professionalism are absolutely disgraceful. The staff showed zero respect and couldn’t care less about customers. As regular customers, this is unacceptable and must be investigated immediately.

   My coffee tasted strongly of cleaning liquid. I took it to the lady who told me it was just the taste of skimmed milk. I'm pretty sure, after hundreds of coffees from Costa, I know what they taste like. Trying to pass that off as normal is unbelievably poor service. When I finally got the drink changed, it tasted as it should. They must have two types of skimmed milk, one flavored like fairy liquid. I will not return.

   Costa Coffee company started its business in the year 1971 from London, England. Its founder was Sergio Costa. Its Headquarter is at Loudwater, Buckinghamshire, England. At present it's shops are at about 4000 locations in 38 countries worldwide. They are specialists in Roasted coffee.It was acquired by Whitebrrad in1995, and was sold to Coca-Cola Company in 2019.This is a second largest Coffeehouse chain in the world and largest in UK. The main products sold by them are Coffee Hot and Cold,Tea, Sandwiches,Wraps,Sweet Snacks and Iced drinks. The area of the shop is very vast which can accommodate a large number of customers at one go, in side the shop as well as at outside the shop.The staff here is very nice and providing very good service.

   While waiting for my car to charge, I decided to take advantage of a breakfast bap deal priced reasonably at £7.49. At the counter, I became absorbed in observing the supervisor as she handled a potentially tricky situation with a returning customer. The customer complained that a previous decaf coffee tasted like water and had to be discarded. The supervisor calmly apologized and promptly offered a stronger replacement, explaining the differences in how decaf coffee is prepared compared to regular coffee. Despite this, the customer remained dissatisfied and continued to voice complaints about the earlier coffee. Undeterred, the supervisor prepared the replacement coffee, likely as a takeaway. At that moment, distracted from my own concerns, I accidentally spilled my coffee all over the table, chair, and floor. While I was trying to clean up, a delightful barister who was in training —whom I later found out was on her first day—politely stepped in to help, allowing me to return to my meal. The supervisor then kindly offered me a fresh cup of coffee. At first, I declined, feeling responsible for the spill, but she insisted, and I gratefully accepted. I was genuinely impressed by the supervisor’s fair, calm, and straightforward approach, which reflected excellent customer service.

   One of my favourite Costa branches. It's inside next. The staff are friendly, plenty of seating with lots of light. The coffee is made well and tastes good. Lots of drink options, hot and cold food options. I tried the vegan Mac cheese and it was delicious.
