Came with family waited over 20minutes for Luke warm lattes. Than one was returned. When I came for refund I explained to the server with short blond hair how disappointed I was very politely she never apologised. Was quite passive aggressive. Will highly recommend avoiding this place

Decent vegan sausage bap. The sausages were very tasty, if a bit small for the roll! The roll was seeded, and a bit dry without any sauce. Sadly no option to add butter, egg, tomato, or anything else of that nature. Nice iced coffee here, and a pleasant place to sit outside when the weather is good

A lot of the cakes went vegan, including the scones, and I think the quality dropped as a result. Quite long queues in busy times. Otherwise it’s good coffee, and a really nice place to sit for a while with a book

Very slow service. Woeful coffee. This is a apparently a flat white. I've had better coffee in a french motorway service station.

I visited this cafΓ© after a Saturday morning park run. Therefore, it was quite busy and the Cuba stretching all of the way to the door, however they had two separate queues, one for ordering and one for picking up orders. This was quite an efficient system, in the queue to order you could serve yourself cakes putting them on plates yourself. The wait in the queue was not too long nor was the wait in the pick up line. I have minus one star from this review, due to the takeaway cup charge. For such a busy cafΓ©, especially a cafΓ© in a beautiful grounds, this is unnecessary. Well, actually it is the amount added that is unnecessary, especially as tourists would not have the takeaway cops with them or first time visitors to this National Trust property

Drop in for the best home baked scones ever, so a cream tea with good coffee in a glorious open park is a great way to complement a visit to Osterley. Warm, attentive service and atmospheric location.

The pad Thai and papaya salad is excellent. The restaurant is also beautifully decorated and the service is great. Only thing I would say is the restaurant is quite cold, so would be nice if they had the heating on!

Scones freshly baked from the oven, very soft, really nice tea with it, friendly service, enough seating and warm inside.. they also have outdoor seating

The food was tasty, there wasn't many people in front of me in the queue however I waited over an hour to get to the till. Not sure why they were so slow as it's a very limited menu. Child's meal sandwich was 1 single slice of bread which isn't enough.

Had a lovely relaxed lunch here. The cafe is well run, had quick service and the staff were really friendly. There was a good range of sandwiches, hot lunces as well as hot and cold drinks. I had the vegetarian sausage bap, really impressed. Was tasty and hot.
