Honestly one of the worst café experiences I’ve had in a long time. The customer service here is shocking. There were only two staff working and neither of them seemed organised at all. People were standing around waiting forever — a couple of customers even gave up and left because the wait was that bad. When my turn came, I asked for a simple cheese & onion omelette in a baguette. Instead of charging me for an omelette like it’s shown on their menu (around £5.49 including chips), she split everything into separate items — egg, fried egg x2, cheese, etc. — just to push the price up. My “omelette baguette” ended up costing £12.30 with a coffee, and the food was nothing special. The baguette wasn’t even a baguette — it was a small panini roll with the omelette falling apart. When I questioned the price, the woman behind the counter actually argued back instead of just explaining it calmly. No apology, no understanding, just attitude. For the price, the wait, the portion size, and the way I was spoken to, this place isn’t worth it at all. Poor service, poor value, and honestly poor quality food compared to what you can get elsewhere for half the price. I won’t be going back.

Amazing food, kind, considerate and very helpful service by Happy, she not only served the food but cooked it as well! The food was also beautifully presented.

It's a nice little place- a short walk from our hotel. The food was rather disappointing. Neither the omelette nor the English breakfast was flavourful. The coffee was good though.

This review is long, long overdue. I first visited the UK back in 2012. I was sightseeing when I came across this cafe. This was my first full day in London, and my first meal in the city, and it was very good. Seriously, it was exactly what I needed. The young woman who served me was very nice and she could tell by my Canadian accent that I was visiting. Fast-forward to 2018. This was my third time in London, but my second time eating here, and it looked better than before, and the food was even better, too. And to top it off, the same young woman was still working there, and she remembered me. I'll be returning to London next month, and I'll definitely be having breakfast here again!

I had a fry up with a tomato that tasted mouldy, everything else was low quality but acceptable. My son had a sausage sandwich which were cut in half and resembled boomerangs according to him. They didn't taste much better.

The flying caffe has a wide selection of food and drink to choose from. I chose chicken burger meal with chips, it was average at best was expecting better. I ordered from Deliveroo, it was speedy delivery, driver was pleasant gentlemen. Overall just your average caffe, nothing special here.
