Asda cafe shop disgusting! Ordered cheese & tomato toastie, took it back totally inedible. No cheese (or very very little) WITH TOMATO PASTE!! What the hell!! On the jacket potato there was hardly any tuna mayo. For goodness sake! At least serve something decent. If you cant cook anything decent DONT COOK.. This place is a total disgrace!!

For disabled people who need a scooter for shopping, avoid this store. For the past five years, they've either claimed they don't have a scooter because they're all broken, or they give you one that breaks down halfway through, preventing you from finishing your shopping. I've told them several times to ask the manager to provide the store with new, working scooters, but they don't care. It's incredibly disappointing and shameful. I will never go back here again

This ASDA branch is really big and has almost everything you could need — from cooking tools and household items to food, drinks, and small appliances. It’s convenient to find everything in one place, and the store is spacious. And however, the prices aren’t the cheapest; some other stores offer better deals. Customer service could also be improved, as it’s not always the most helpful or friendly. There are also not many checkout machines, which can make paying take longer. Overall, it’s a decent place to shop but there’s room for improvement.

Great Value and Quality A solid and reliable supermarket. The Hayes ASDA lives up to its promise of low prices on weekly favourites, and the fresh produce is consistently good quality. The store is clean and well-stocked. It loses a star because it can get very busy, leading to queues. For great value, however, it's my go-to store.

Fairy decent experience today with the manager who kindly convinced us to sign up to the Asda shop app to get points and money back on our shopping. He was really polite and went step by step showing how to download the app and sign up as my mum isn’t best with technology. Think his name was Ian, thanks again!

I always go in with a list and come out with more than I went in there for. Good variety of sale items. I tend to order clothes online and then go and collect at their booth, especially for baby clothes, children’s clothes and UNIFORM. Searching for children’s uniform can be a nightmare in store so always check online if you can. There are separate aisle for clothes, home essentials and of course groceries. Photo booth and the collections & returns booth are downstairs by two big lifts. Cash machine is outside by the pick up point. Large enough area for parking. Atleast 3/4 double doors to go enter/exit the store.

Had a lovely experience at the coffee shop this morning with my mum and baby. Damien and Shaun were both very friendly and professional and they really do provide service with a smile. The place was busy but they kept going over to customers to reassure them that their food was on its way. Damien had also been very kind on another occasion when my daughter was drawing a picture for the art gallery. He made her feel very special and told her that her art work would always be there whenever she wanted to see it. Will definitely be going back and you can’t knock £1 for soup and coffee for over 60’s and 5 items for the children…absolute bargain! Well done to the coffee shop!

Asda is a great place to shop for all household items and accessories. There was ample parking spaces and a lot of electric charging bays. There is fresh fruit, veg, clothing, home wares including candles, fragrances, stationery, back to school accessories as well as breads. Though some shelves were empty - I could see staff stocking them up. There is also a range of frozen foods, a large selection of wines, spirits, beers and carbonated drinks and water. The fresh bakery has a choice of breads, cakes and pizzas made to order All in all a good shopping experience with cheap and reasonably priced options.
