How a supermarket can bad like this? The attitude of the female staff in the customer service counter is a disaster. The cashier lick her own fingers right before she touched my foods. And it smells extremely bad. And the pharmacy can’t be even more worse.
I asked an employee to direct me to the milk aisle. Firstly she told me the wrong aisle I then asked her again kindly then she had shouted at me saying “it is there what’s wrong with you”. I asked for her manager she directed me to a gentleman named jeyam he was very unprofessional rude and dismissed me and said to me I don’t believe you. I was completely shocked and I could not believe the rudeness this store manager was expressing towards me . A simple apology could have went a long way but he completely dismissed me and said I don’t have time for you. I urge all Asda directors that will see my review to look into and retrain jeyam at the forty lane store because he does not know basic customer service, etiquette and politeness.
This branch has such a bad smell at times. I shop there frequently and always notice it. and it’s like the A/C is non existent within this store. The best aisle is the one with the laundry detergent as most of the other aisles are full of Methane Gas!!.
If I can give 0 stars I would. This store’s management is an absolute disgrace. Lazy, unprofessional, careless, and utterly unfit for the role they were given. In the past year alone, the number of mistakes has been beyond belief. Orders constantly ruined, deliveries cancelled without reason, and a complete lack of accountability at every turn. Imagine booking a delivery between 12–1 pm, only for the driver to arrive early at 11 am. Instead of using common sense, the manager cancels the entire order and calls the driver back ,leaving the customer without food. That’s the level of “logic” we are dealing with. It is shocking that someone like this could ever hold a managerial position. Clearly, qualifications, competence, and professionalism mean nothing here. Perhaps the role was simply handed to a “relative,” because no serious company would hire someone this incapable. And what happens when you dare to escalate the issues? Instead of fixing the problem, they block your orders altogether ,punishing the customer rather than correcting their failures. It is pure laziness, arrogance, and disrespect. We have had enough. We are already working with a lawyer, and this matter will be taken to court. Customers deserve better than to be treated with such contempt.
Security staff in this store is utterly ignorant of assistance dogs and the UK law that protects our right to access services and businesses. A security guard is so ignorant that they think only deaf people use assistance dogs. The video i jnclude here shows that staff, their ignorance, their name and i expect management to fire this person. Manhagement, please do not answer with useless statements, watch the video, your answers are there. The discrimination took place 12:15, 18th February 2023.

Asda don’t care about there customers. I could say more but what’s the point. Don’t make sense h order online either u will never get your groceries. But u will get and email to say u have received it. The customer service over the phone just lie lie and lie some more.
extremely many different prices on the shelf compared to the cash register!!! especially for oil where it write 1.54 and when you get to the cash register it's 2.10. lack of respect and humanity!!! shame human !!!
