I had the pleasure of being assisted by a staff member , and I can't express enough how helpful he was throughout the process. From the moment I approached him with my simple question, he responded promptly and without hesitation. What really stood out was his commitment to customer service—despite the store being quite busy and all the checkouts filled with other customers, they didn't let that hinder his willingness to help. He took the initiative to go to another checkout line just to assist me more quickly, which I truly appreciated. His attitude was genuinely positive and encouraging, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It left a lasting impression on me, and I hope that other staff members in the store exhibit the same level of dedication and support. Thank you, Ace! “This shop is amazing. Needed to get a suit for my best friends wedding. They have the most stylish suits I have ever seen. I was visiting a few high street shops, but every suit I tried seemed tired compared to the suits for sale in this shop. I cannot sing higher praise, their stock is great, staff friendly, prices for the quality your getting is unmatched. If you need a really, really, really nice suite you have to go here.”

All staff took time to properly respond to my requests, in particular Garry the store manager/supervisor?? went above and beyond to help me find the right size for my son’s jacket despite of the store being so busy during this period. He had excellent problem people and problem solving skills- provided me with options and opportunities that I did not think of at the time. Highly recommend this branch to support you get that you need.”

“World class designer outfits as well as world class customer service! I chose to go with Singarajah for all 3 of my wedding looks due to the modern design, elegance and class that the outfits posed. Hindu Wedding - Kurta + Traditional Veshti, Civil Ceremony - 3 piece suit and Wedding Reception - Double breasted Tuxedo. I even purchased my groomsman outfits for the Hindu Wedding as the pink rose coloured Veshti sets were so unique and stylish. The experience from start to finish was simply exemplary. I felt welcomed from the first consultation, where Jenson provided me with a number of designs to match my concept and suit my personality, but also within the desired budget. His vision and attention to detail made all the difference in completing three different personalised, luxury and exquisite looks. Once the items were ordered I was kept up-to-date with the order through regular notifications. The items arrived weeks before my wedding, but I had lost a significant amount of weight in just a few months due to training. Jenson went out of his way to get the items retailored to ensure they fitted perfectly just days before the events and I can’t thank him enough. I received a huge number of compliments on each of the outfits worn on the day, both during and after the ceremony. I felt like a real life movie star but most importantly the outfits gave me a feeling of confidence and speciality that every groom should deserve. The photos simply do not do these pieces justice. I have never experienced a personalised design and fitting service quite like this! “I've just picked up my bridal lehenga this week - after many visits to Sonas getting it just right! Throughout the process, both my mum and I have been so impressed by Valentina. I'm not a "traditional bride" and never wanted a heavy outfit. Valentina has always worked with that, never against it - she's made me feel special and bridal in my own way. She has come up with thoughtful recommendations (e.g. jewellery and dupatta draping), made sure the alteration process worked well. She's always been polite, professional and reassuring (never pushy!) and we really appreciate how much time and effort Valentina has put in to answer questions. She is a real credit to Sonas, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the store due to her!”

“These guys are incredible! I've bought 2 tuxes and one indian outfit from these guys, and they DELIVERED! The second tux and indian suit were for my own wedding reception and sangeet, respectively. On both occasions, I went to Prem with a concept in mind and a few google pics similar to what I wanted, but not exactly what I wanted. He patiently and diligently designed the outfits, got them made, and altered them so that they fit perfectly. With the tux jacket, he wasn't happy with the fit (which I didn't notice), so he got the jacket remade and with me in time for my wedding!
