Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!!
