   I haven’t been too Zizzi’s for a few years now and realised I really should have! We went here for dinner on a weekday during holiday season and it wasn’t too busy, which was great. The Pesto Verde Burrata was a bit dry but still tasty. The Fonduta Board for sharing was amazing - loved all the items included in this, especially the baked dough crust with Calabrese dip. The service was excellent and to top it off they even gave us a small cup of hot chocolate at the end of the meal, on the house, which was delicious. Overall, highly recommend and would definitely return!

   I had such a wonderful experience at Zizzi! From the moment we walked in, the service was absolutely amazing. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Our food arrived quickly and everything was cooked to perfection — full of flavour, fresh, and beautifully presented. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, and the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. It’s so refreshing to visit a place where the service truly stands out. I would highly recommend Zizzi to anyone looking for delicious food paired with exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

   I ordered the dirty fries, and they were absolutely disgusting! greasy, soggy, and badly presented. I ended up throwing them straight in the bin (see photo). When I contacted the restaurant about a refund, they refused to help. Total waste of money! The presentation was awful and the food quality even worse. Avoid this place.

   I ordered the dirty fries and they were honestly terrible. Greasy, soggy, and completely unappetizing. The toppings were a mess and tasted off. Definitely not worth the price! I ended up throwing most of it away. Won’t be ordering from here again.

   This zizzi is located at the Wembley Designer Outlet. Very convenient location if you have been exploring around and shopping. The menu has a wide variety of starters, mains and desserts. Good vegetarian options. The staff member that served us was very friendly and made sure everything is perfect. The food is served quickly and is very tasty. The complimentary crispy pasta is very tasty and a nice addition to nibble while you wait for your food. Good experience overall

   AVOID! Terrible food and service. Ordered a Bruchetta stater, which was basically a toasted bun with cherry tomatoes on top, no flavour, no pesto, in fact I could’ve made it myself for 50p! The pizza lacked flavour, not much tomato base and base wasn’t cooked properly. To top it off the service was terrible. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!

   Our first visit to this restaurant and it was good. The decor is done beautifully and we were seated without much of a wait. Food was made fresh and tasted delicious. The pizza stood out of the lot and the cheese and caramelised onions in the dishes we ordered all were in generous portions. The meatball pasta didn't have any of the "balls" as they were in crumbled form and mixed in the sauce which was odd but I enjoyed it. On the downside, it was clear they were running short of staff and service was a bit slow.

   Exceptional. Of all the "Italian" chains we've visited Zizzi is the best and the Wembley branch was the pick of the bunch! Lovely decor, amazing food and drinks menu, deliciously pulled off. And the staff...everyone from the waitress to the chefs we're delightful. Highly recommended.
