Eurocarparts wanted £80 for a Bosch battery when the same battery was £49 plus £7 delivery from Tayna Batteries. If you google them they are popular with next day delivery! A complete rip off and eurocarparts needs to stop taking advantage from local customers! If its £10 or so fair enough not £30!!!! I do not care if they are a online business and they have less over heads; you simply cannot be £30 more than competitors!!!!! Not even worthy of one star.

Hi Wembli branch is big they have pretty much all parts but the stuff is awful (Maneger issue) all sitting all day I asked a few times to Speak with the manager to come and help as it was too many people waiting , With a very rude attitude didn’t want to then I asked the people what do you think about this? They should come and help at that time they couldn’t say no

Did not send the item. I called the Customer service 3 times each time - you absolutely can’t get hold of anyone. The guy after 20mins of wait said he only does sales and when I explained everything his only response was ‘I don’t know’. To return the item (that I’ve never received in the first place)- I need a code from customer service , but there is no one I can speak to. I had to call my bank and report fraud. I think these guys are just scammers. Better go to local Halfords and take uber back home instead of waiting for a delivery from them. A week without the car, three days in the house waiting for the delivery and you can’t even get hold of anyone to learn where is your parcel.

I highly recommend before going to your dealership where here you will get a fair price rather than the extortionate rates of a dealership service centre. There is also customer parking free of charge and amazing service. Locating the correct part is done by providing your car registration and thereafter it is Quick and easy and very little waiting time. Thank you euro car parts.

They do have good deals now and then, but they don't have enough qualified staff at the counter

One of the worst places to shop out of the entire chain, workers have no clue what they’re doing or how they serve you. No customer service pure rudeness. Loads of time wasted on wrong parts

I don't understand how come, for a branch as big as Wembley, why do you have just 2 people serving. One hour queue. 25-30 person long

Brace yourselves for 15-20 mins waits for Online Orders pickup during the weekend. Went on a Sunday to collect, but more importantly, I wanted to ask for some advise to choose an extra part: impossible! Queue was massive. Also, expect problems with parking at rush hours... their parking lot gets full quickly.

Very clean and efficient. Since they moved to the new location seems to be more space. They now have tablets in store for you to search parts for. The staff are friendly and some know what they are talking about when it comes to car parts. Key thing is that they are really helpful even when you're not sure what it is that you want. Free parking. Click and Collect. Waiting time around 10 mins.
