    After 13 years with Mandeville Vets, I’m heartbroken and disappointed. My German Shepherd was referred to their Northolt branch for leg issues, but after a scan they told me he had aggressive cancer, gave him “weeks to live,” and even suggested putting him down that day—yet he lived another full year, and a private vet later said there’s no way he had that cancer. In his final year, my local branch also wrongly reported to our insurance that he was “aggressive,” despite never saying this in 12 years, which almost stopped them covering the scan. When his legs finally gave out, Mandeville refused a home visit and insisted on a check-up first, so I paid a private vet for a peaceful goodbye. The only kind and helpful person throughout was Rob at the local branch. Sadly, I now believe Mandeville care more about money than compassion.

    Every time I walk into this practice I’m greeted with the most welcoming smile. I’ve been going to this vet with my maltese, Buddy, since he was a puppy and I’ve had such a great experience with them. Buddy is 3 now. He gets so excited when he goes into the vet because he loves the team so much! Every nurse and vet is so kind and gentle with Buddy, he literally runs in and rolls over for a belly rub the minute he sees them. The team always have treats on hand and there’s never a rush in there - they’re always happy to help with anything you need; everyone is really patient. Recently Buddy has had an ear infection and I felt I should write a review just because of how helpful everyone was. Both Nurse Robert and Vet Trina were so gentle and kind with Buddy and made time to see him on the same day I called. Trina gave us so much of her time and was so patient with all our questions re the infection and insurance etc and Robert took time to give buddy so much love and attention before the appointment. The whole team are amazing. I’d mention more names but I don’t know them, but all of the reception, the nurses and vets are always so lovely and helpful!! If you’re looking for a vet with people who are real animal lovers and show love, kindness, care and are gentle and patient with your pet - I couldn’t recommend this vet more. The pricing is very reasonable. Thank you to the whole Goddard team for making the vet a place that Buddy looks forward to going to x

    Excellent service and the staff are so friendly. It is the best vet ever I went there due to had a bad experience with the old vet. Also they adapted and communicate with me so well with my deafness. They do care about the animals and their wellbeing. I would recommend to anyone to go there with your pets. I take my hat off to all the staff.

    Used to be a great vets don't know what is gone wrong no vets there can't get an appointment my dog is not well have to look for another vet had an appointment but they cancelled it and told me they could not tell me when they could see my dog have been going to that vets since 1979 but never again

    We have been going here for a few months, while there are good and pleasant veterinarians working their organizational skills are not on the level where it should be. There was a few times when we had a visit scheduled many days in front and we would just get a call or a message that the appointment has been canceled due to no available vet. We got a message like that a few hours before. The other thing that I was really shocked and frustrated is that our dog needs a pain shot every 6 weeks due to his age. We have a scheduled visit for that every 6 weeks, they had 6 weeks to order the shot they didn’t do it. We showed up and all that the receptionist said was “We don’t have the shot, we need to reschedule.” He didn’t even apologize for not ordering it on time, they had 6 weeks. I think that the overall service should be improved. Lots of people in the area don’t have an ability to go somewhere else and this is the only choice.
