   I purchased a bed frame on the 20/09/23 and still waiting for it. When I’m calling the store they always promise that they will resolve my issue and they will call me back very soon, but they keep lying all the time. On the paper work they say that they are delivering between 6-8 weeks….Now I’m asking you, how many weeks I still need to wait? I do not recommend the Dream store in Wembley to anyone!!!!

   Great attention from the staff, thanks Akhil! I ended up buying a pillow with cooling technology that I didn't know existed and I am very happy for that. The mattress we chose is perfect is exactly what we needed and for a price that makes a lot of sense. The extended cover for the mattresses gives 8 years of coverage for a very reasonable price, so we got that too. We've been twice to the store and every time the staff is polite and never invasive.

   As we arrived we was happy on this main road to be offed parking infront of the shop. We was greeted my a very helpful and friendly gentleman called Jack. He went over all the different ranges whilst he offered us refreshments and even through in some extras on top of our purchase. Can’t wait for our new double bed to be delivered.    Loved the way the salesperson explains you the process of mattress selection. Store has many types of mattress to choose from and the salesperson (especially the old person) also explains the difference between each of them. Although I felt the prices were quite high but they also provide discount so check the discount you are getting.

   Dinesh was amazing! We went to Wembley branch to purchase a mattress and we couldn't leave without buying one. We also got free drinks, a mattress protector and a discount on a Tempur pillow. The delivery was earlier than expected. Purchased on 12/11/21

   I am so glad to buy mattresses from dreams which is located in wembley. Iam especially impressed with the store colleague who is working there called tamaran and with their service.    I went into store to buy a bed, the store clerk gave me the hard sell. he told me he could call and chase up my delivery, he even offered a small discount so I order a king size bed. when the delivery driver arrived with the bed 2 months later. Theey couldn't get it up the stairs so they left with the bed. The delivery driver told my that customer service will call me he advise that I measure the height of the stairway and use that when ordering another bed [great advise]. I waited for a call from customer service when this was not forth coming I called only to be told that i would be charged £136 to return the good, when I said where is my right to return good in the condition I got them in the customer service agent was very rude and said there is no such rule and that i should have read the terms and condition. in store the clerk spent a lot of time telling me every reason to buy the bed but at no point did he draw my attention the cancellation policy. who reads the fine print when you buying something. well if you plan to shop at Dreams , bring a magnifying glass and spend time reading the terms and condition. so they kept my £1400 in their bank account for 2 months and then took £136 more from me even though they were unable to deliver the good. Dreams need to ensure that shoppers who go into store are made aware of their cancellation policy and they should only charge customer what it cost for the delivery of the good. stop taking money in an unfair way from your hardworking customers. My advice to anyone who need a bed go to your corner store the bed will cost a half of what it cost in Dreams and if it cant fit into your room they will take it back and give you money back
