Top class service from the Wembley branch as always (I’ve been shopping here regularly for 3+ years). Had a minor issue which Peter the manager and Maalvi sorted out very professionally with regular phone updates. You won’t get this level of service from their competitors.

Excellent service that went above and beyond. Upon collecting my click and collect order, the manager asked if I placed my order through the app, which I had, and he informed me that one of the items I had ordered had a buy one get one free offer for orders placed through the app. So I placed an order again using the appropriate voucher code, and he refunded me for the original item, and hey presto, I got one free!! You couldn't ask for a better experience.
What an amazing store. Maalvi and Dips took care of my order. This is my local screwfix, they were prompt, excellent communication and made me feel like my patrianage was appreciated. I will be coming back just because of these two amazing people who work here!
