I strongly recommend this company. They have been established for very many years and have a great knowledge of their products. I always speak to Raj, he knows everything!!, and is very helpful and polite. I am one of their many 'repeat' customers. I try to buy from an independent retailer as this helps to keep them open!
Very friendly service, also an excellent price on an oven we bought which was installed within 2 hours of buying on the same day with the added bonus of taking the old one away. Definitely recomend for any electrical goods
I wanted to support the local high street stores so I went to Garland in North Finchley instead of going to ao.com. the guy that's I spoke to was extremely friendly very helpful and actually quite funny. I liked his laughy jokey relaxed attitude to everything and it was refreshing. What I didn't like is the lack of communication and unfortunately not a single person emailed me to tell me when it was time to deliver and all of my emails went ignored. I mean most probably won't have a problem but because my freezer had broken down I needed this urgently and it took them seven days from start to finish to deliver this but have I not have walked into the store and asked to wear it was who knows it could have been weeks because nobody bothered} to update me. No emails no calls emails no calls and that's what bothers me about this store. The store offers outstanding service if you take that as you consideration when buying your freezer cooker whatever. N they will give you more of a discount if you buy more things from them or you have an account with them.. I got my refrigerator I got my big deep freezer and my small deep freezer from them. Obviously I would recommend but not for anything same or next day x
Excellent friendly service. My fridge freezer broke during the weekend, on Monday I visited this shop, not only did they deliver my new fridge on the same day, free of charge, they installed it and took my broken one away for a small fee, (which was cheaper than the council). I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends and family. Laura.
Brilliant company to deal with. We manage a large property rental portfolio and find them unbeatable on prices for our many clients and their product knowledge is astounding. Also honest about availability and delivery dates which isn't always the case with electrical appliance retailers.
I was in need of a specific Bosch fridge so I’d tried John Lewis, Curry’s and AO but none they had the item I required. So I walked into Garland’s. They could get the fridge within a few days and have it delivered. This they did and it was about £130 cheaper than the big chains. I will be back again.
Absolutely terrible customer service!! Wanted to purchase a Washer/Dryer and not an inexpensive either at close to £800. Was told that one I wanted was in stock but later it became apparent that this was a display item. Naturally I was nervous that the machine be delivered without protective packaging at which point the owner said on the phone that he no longer has the time to deal with this and would no longer be prepared to sell it to me. Over the years I have purchased several items from this store but will never set foot in there again
Superb service. Bought a tumble drier at a very good price and had it delivered within 20 minutes of purchase. Old machine taken away and new one properly installed. Thanks to Raj at Garlands for fantastic service.
I have always bought my appliances from Garland Electronics, excellent products, good prices, reliable advice and prompt delivery. My 10 year old tumble dryer broke on Thursday, I phoned them, went in Friday morning, chose a new tumble dryer and it was delivered within hours. No hassle, which is essential if you are busy and also have a large family.
