   Had the guys repair my son's laptop which refused to power up. The laptop was repaired quickly and very cheaply (£35). I had no idea why it wasn't powering up and they could have told me any old thing and charged me a fortune but these guys are honest and efficient and cheap. I would very much recommend their services.

   Excellent service, very friendly, quick and efficient. I went in for a replacement letter key for my mac keyboard. They were very helpful and ensured I knew the options for replacing it.    My home computer had stopped working the first day of lockdown. I was taking it to a company I've previously used when my neighbour recommended Gadget Bees. I can honestly say they were a revelation. Do you remember that old fashioned service when the customer was made to feel valued? When I took my computer in I was expecting the worst but the guys in the shop were friendly and said they'd let me know, before the shop closed what the problem was and options. Good as their word they phoned. They'd got the computer working but said the hard drive was damaged but info could be retrieved. As they could not guarantee the repair they offered to copy the data for me. At this point to my surprise no charge. I asked if they could change the hard drive to an SSD and transfer the data They could and did. I collected the computer the following morning. Its running faster and where programmes needed to reinstalled they did this quickly with no fuss. Then I got the bill and had to do a double take as it was significantly cheaper than what the shop I usually use charge just for a diagnosis. Great service, speedy repair and unbelievably good value for money. I can't speak highly enough of this outstanding local business.
