   I recently purchased an American fridge/freezer from Harris Electrical in urgent circumstances. Simon was extremely helpful in finding an available machine that met our criteria, and was able to arrange a site visit to confirm they could deliver the item and make the delivery in less than a week. The delivery team did an excellent job maneuvering in the item and removing the old one, whilst keeping jovial despite the difficulties with our narrow hallway. To top it off, the price offered by Harris Electrical was very competitive. I haven't had the product long enough to comment but in terms of purchase and delivery process, cannot recommend strongly enough.

   I bought a dishwasher from this shop. The person inside the shop was very helpful. They found the dishwasher that I wanted cheaper than I could find it online and they offered free delivery. The delivery service was excellent and I am really happy with the dishwasher. I wasn’t sure about going into the shop but I’m so glad I did. Thank you for the excellent service!

   Fantastic experience working with Harris Electrical. I dealt with Simon, who was nothing short of a consumate professional. I purchased a Hotpoint Gas Cooker from them. Item was delivered in a few days, by professional delivery guys who were incredibly courteous and diligent in their work. Overall, a very pleasant and positive experience. I will have no hesitation in shopping with them in the future.

   We received excellent customer service yesterday, our washing machine drum bearings went for the second time and was too noisy and our freezer was giving up in the heat Manager and delivery staff were very helpful and same day delivery.
