Best Gadcet store fix my controllers for so cheap I’ve been to the other stores a they don’t charge the same price for repairs then say cash only! Stratford is the way! Trust me
I bought a phone here that was advertised as ‘new,’ but when I turned it on it was locked with a previous owner’s PIN and FRP-locked — something that only happens on used or refurbished devices. When I returned to the shop, they refused to refund me and even claimed I must have set a PIN and forgotten it, which is impossible. Very dishonest experience and I would not recommend this store.
Sravan and kaysar were absolutely amazing. Perfect customer service. Great energy and attitude. I even spoke with them after purchase as they are very down to Earth. Will definitely be back?
Sold my s22 ultra here. Guys were really quick, efficient, offered a really fair price and will definitely come back here as there were some bits that I wanted to buy. Don't let the negative reviews put you off as I was a bit hesitant myself but glad I gave them a try! Thanks guys, I'll be back!
I bought an iPhone 12 from the Stratford branch on Friday 11th July. I noticed in store that the phone got a bit warm as I was setting it up after I bought it, mentioned it to the sales person (Sravan) and he advised me that it was normal as I was downloading a lot of apps at once. The following day, I got a notification from Apple saying that the battery was not an original Apple part/genuine and it keeps going hot all the time. I am based in Manchester and unable to return the phone in store, so I called the store. I explained my situation and at first apparently I couldn't even get a refund for it, but then I could get a refund only if I returned it to the shop in person even though I made him aware I coudn't travelled down to London just to return the phone. I will escalate this matter with my bank for a chargeback.
Wouldn't even bother. They are to expensive and overly priced. They have sold me a samsung galaxy s20 plus for 395 pound with a burnt screen. There refusing to do anything about it. I got told different things, by different staff members down the phone. I have tried speaking to the manger to complain. The manger is busy or not in. This is the third time I have tried speaking to manger. The phone is under 12 month warranty. There for They have the right to replace the screen with a new one. It's the bts purple which I have fount on blackmarket for 296 pound. This shop is useless don't bother Waste of money and rude customer service
Nice shop with a lot of things. Guys who work there were very nice, kind and patience with me. They assisted me in a lovely way. I will come back to this shop!
