   We had a very disappointing experience at this jewellery store. My friend bought a gold chain here and within a day developed rashes on her neck and surrounding areas. She has been wearing gold ornaments for over 28 years without any issues, so this reaction was extremely unusual and concerning. When we returned to the store to explain the situation and request a refund, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. Without even checking the ornament properly, he claimed the rash was due to “food allergy,” which was not only baseless but insulting. Instead of offering a proper resolution, he refused a refund and only suggested an exchange. He only agreed return and refund only when other customers walk in to the store and returned hearing the argument. This is not the kind of customer service or professionalism one expects from a reputed jeweller. Very disappointed with the attitude and handling of the issue. Would not recommend this store to anyone who values quality products and respectful treatment.

   Rude to customers who are not dressed up, I came to this shop after work to buy some gold as a present of my wife but I didn’t get a nice treatment, besides that the prices are way to high compared to the rest of jewellery shops I ended buying what I wanted from next shop for almost £180 less than what I was asked to pay here, in general he is not the best option in the area so make sure you shop around.
