He seems to be working 24/7 as always quick to respond to my emails and calls :) Nothing is to too much trouble for Jaggi and I think this is why I decided to go with this independent travel agent to book my flight tickets; the brilliant customer service is a breath of fresh air when so many big companies have failed in so many ways!    Having read other reviews , I had the same experience recently as bought ticket with them at a different price. Then received a call from them stating that the price stated is not available and they have a seat on the same flight which was about £100 expensive than the one I had bought online. I refused to buy but kept on getting call back from them offering different prices when I had to tell them that I am not interested in their company anymore and should stop bothering me & ringing me in the future.

   I booked my tickets through world tour store. Akansha & Rishabh were helpful with accommodating my travel dates & managed to get the best deal. I then dealt with Ujjawal who was also very helpful in finalising my tickets. They were available to answer my calls and questions any time of day.    The travel agent cancelled my flight for no reason at all, claiming it was the airline’s fault which turned out to be not airlines fault and not refunding the money. I would rather stay away from this travel company, in worst case if they ask you to bank transfer for booking please, please don't do that that will be starting point of your nightmare when things goes wrong, pay with credit card and you will be covered if they do not refund. you can claim your money back from section 75 (credit provider has a legal responsibility if things go wrong with something you purchase using credit.
