   Adrians were fantastic with helping us get our purchase over the line. We were the buyers and they kept us informed through difficult times and a very long process (nearly 6 months) - due to factors out of all of our control. Everyone we spoke to was kind and patient and even picking up the keys was a nice experience (thank you for the card and chocolates!). Thank you to Dan Speak and team for getting us through a stressful period in our lives. Everyone was very responsive and we always heard back same day. Thanks a million!

   When our Dad passed away we had the emotional task of selling the family home of nearly 60 years. Gary, who i knew from school, we very helpful during the initial stages, advising how best to market the house and was honest with us when he discovered the loft had foam insulation. Despite early interest and a few viewings an offer never arose, we spoke with Gary and he suggested taking it off the market, getting the foam insulation removed and then relisting slightly below our original price. We done this, and within a few days of being put back on the market and offer was recieved. We liaised with the buyer through Toby and an offer was agreed. We did have a few hiccups along the way, but the staff at Adrians pushed through and we finally completed within 6 months. Great team, and really sympathetic and helpful during a emotional time

   I am immensely grateful to Adrians, especially Nigel as the lead contact, for their support with buying a new home. Not being local, it can feel daunting. Though when I met with Nigel and his team, I knew I was working with the right agent. When navigating the buying process, Nigel was professional, patient and highly empathic. Equally, he would also not hesitate to challenge my thinking at crucial points. Even though I raised many questions, not only did he answer them all comprehensively, I never felt I was asking too much. In addition to his responsive team, for me, that’s fantastic customer service. I cannot recommend Adrians highly enough for making me feel welcome in a place I will now be calling home. Exceptional.

When discussing the sale, they offered a competitive commission rate without having to haggle. They secured a good offer on the property and remained involved throughout the whole process. They were very professional (from estimate of selling price – spot on, to time to sell property) Nothing was too much trouble and so very helpful My brother & I sold the family home. We both did not live in Chelmsford, my brother in Kent myself on the Isle of Wight, but for Adrian’s that was not a problem The whole selling process happened seamlessly with out any issues I would highly recommend them
