   I was trying to get into touch with the office, in regards to a property I was interested in however they hardly answer the phone. Then when I finally got through I was told via email that 'a holding deposit was put on the property so I should go with the other property with a different agent' . Only to see today that the property price has been reduced and still available. Bad customer service, she could have communicated better.

   I have one of my properties currently being managed by Orange Square since 2017. They have been a fantastic team to work with and provide top managing services. They try their best to resolve any issues with tenants before contacting myself. Any additional properties to my portfolio, I would definitely have Orange Square manage it.

He is very responsive and any update regarding the situation he would inform me , which felt great to know that somewhere is there to support you and I did not feel worried one bit . She was proactive from the get go, ensuring every concern or question I had was answered in a timely manner. She also made brilliant suggestions and offered help which enabled the process to move along more quickly. As a result I was able to move into our new home in a matter of days. Shubhi is an exemplary agent and I would definitely suggest to go to her and the Orange Square team for all your housing needs!
