   I have, until recently, lived in a property that was managed by Lee for the last 18 years. In that time we have found all at Barringtons to be extremely professional. Communication has been great, gas safety and 6 months checks carried out on time. I would thoroughly recommend Lee and his team if you are a tenant or a landlord. They know what they are doing and they do it extremely well.

   I’ve worked with a number of different letting agents over the years and i must say that Lee is by far and above the best I’ve worked with; professional, conscientious, responsive, hardworking and honest. I live overseas and Lee manages a property for me in Chingford. Recently, a new tenant moved in but wanted to change some of the furnishings, Lee organised everything for me and the new tenant is now happy in their new home.    I've got nothing but absolute praise for Barrington Lettings. In my lifetime Ive dealt with my fair share of useless estate agents, but Barrington Lettings are at the top of professionalism. From the beginning, my communication with Maddie was second to none. She was professional, prompt and very friendly. Lee was also super helpful with providing insight into an issue I was having with the estate agent I was renting from, which enabled me to find a resolution to my issue in a timely manner. What more can you ask for from an estate agents?! The referencing process was smooth and stress free, and I'm now living in a beautiful property. After my inventory check in, I was presented with a welcome gift box - a lovely touch and a gesture I wasn't expecting.
