   Absolutely disgusting behaviour by Vivienne. I have experienced good/bad behaviours from many places but this was something different. Took my money as a holding deposit for a flat and took 18 days to decide to say no. When asked why it took so long her reply was “the landlord is a busy person and the other applicants who were rejected didn’t have any problem with it why do you have a problem?” I can go on and on about the whole conversation. Would recommend anyone who wants to pays deposit, make sure before doing so.

Vivienne in particular been extremely helpful through my two years being as a tenant in one of their properties. Excellent service, Great communication through my whole time there. Deposit been 100% returned. Thank you very much and truly recommend to anyone as they are reliable.

   I lived one flat 17 to 2018 by let 365. When has any problem. They told street way contract with landlord .even I left this flat one month they hang on my deposit. Today. Tomorrow bla bla .they are really bad and horrible agency .
