   I could not have been more happy with the service that I received from Tony Steer and his assistant, Jake. Selling a house that has been in the family for generations is not easy but Tony was extremely polite, courteous and empathetic throughout our dealings. I found him knowledgeable, wise, diplomatic and efficient and I was extremely grateful for his help in sorting out a last-minute hitch. First appearance with a viewer, he was very smartly dressed, polite and extremely professional. I was updated by phone after each visit also reports were sent advising me on how my property was doing.    Currently renting through Amanda Roberts, it's still early days but found the team to be really helpful throughout the process even during the dreaded holiday period. I initially viewed with Jake and largely dealt with him throughout, I found him very diligent and a pleasure to deal with during, what is typically, quite a stressful process! I've now moved in and Jake is still very much on form - still proving responsive, transparent and a delight to deal with should I have any queries/issues at the property. Cheers.
