   Very bad quality of tops, and the size is really strange. More importantly, the staffs in this store are very good at deceiving you. Every time they give you to trying new cloths, the price will be increased double. For example, first time the price is £45, second time is £80, and next is £150. And they never tell you the price is different! Don’t trust staffs and this brand! Don’t loss your money on this bad quality and bad service brand and store

   Had a horrible service from a gentleman named Abid. It took me awhile to get his name as he would refuse to give it to me. He seemed very judgemental and was not able to offer me anything good from his selection of suits from the black Friday sale. He didn’t even care to take my measurements, And his attitude was just very arrogant. It’s safe to say I will no longer be taking my business there. I would avoid this place like the plague.

   Was buying a wedding suit. Got told incorrect information about tailoring and delivery dates. Spoke to the manager Nero who said "I'm going to have to fob you off to customer services." Shocked with the service and couldn't believe their manager dealt with customers this way. Customer services said nothing they could do and had to be dealt with by the store. Never going to Moss again, definitely see why other suit shops are being recommended!!

   The shop is laid out well but often has incorrect pricing on their tags. Rather than just apologising and stating the pricing has been wrongly marked, the manager is overly aggressive telling us to ‘check the law’ when we weren’t contesting the new price. The manager needs an attitude check, needs to stop being so defensive and clearly doesn’t understand customer service, unlike his colleagues in the shop. The rest of the team, especially Hamza, were helpful and really pleasant to deal with.

   Was looking for a wedding suit and Hamse was amazing, he was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in making suggestions and finding the perfect fit for each of the items. I'm not sure about the negative reviews, however Hamse gave us a personal service which was top notch customer service!

I needed some suits very quickly as another store had let me down, Soma was quickly able to assist in finding the items I needed from other stores and arranged for these to be delivered. She was also super helpful with some alternations we needed. Couldn't thank her enough for helping me and my family. Great work Soma…

   Nice shop with proper airconditioning. Good stuff. Very reasonable price and nice variety of shirts and suits. But at the till only one checkout was working. There we two people and they were serving some other customer with something else took a long time but and eventually they have been moved on the other side. When I asked the lady she was appologetic but was very rude. As a customer services professional she should be a polite completely ruin the mood. Date 10/08/22 time around 6:30PM

   I have visited Moss bros at other branches before and have had very good experience. This branch was not good however. The service was very poor and no one came to help me on arrival. I would have to ask for help and then they would go and stand behind the counter and I would have to ask each time for help. The staff were dressed very casually and did not give much help regarding prices and finding suits as they did not know much. Did not seem interested in selling suits
