   I was wrongfully DISCRIMINATED against by a man in a turban at the counter, whom I believe to be the shopkeeper. I roamed in and out, looking at trousers and dresses on sale. I was looking around the front porch of the shop for sale items and because of this I needed to re-enter the shop three times to check the garments on myself in front of the mirror. After I finished choosing my items suddenly the shopkeeper decided that there was no time to serve me and also said I'd reentered the shop three times which annoyed him for no reason. Maybe he is suffering from a mental illness. I was refused sale of their garments and he proceeded to serve other customers behind me despite my pleas to buy the clothes which I really needed. I felt humilated and upset with his vile treatment. He kept refusing to let me buy anything even though I begged him to. Even though I only took about 25 mins choosing items, in the end I couldn't buy anything due to his stubborn refusals, he took the garments out of my hands and closed the door rudely on me but allowed new customers in. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. HE IS EXTREMELY RUDE, HEARTLESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

   The woman Riffat Baiq is extremely unprofessional and very rude. She behaved in a very appalling way with me and my wife while dealing with a saree blouse adjustment. She quotes a price before hand at a very low number but when she completes the stitching which she takes 'Forever to do, by then your occasion you need it for is over' she charges double the price she quoted. No word of a lie, she quoted 20£ for a blouse which she charged 45£ for. Unacceptable. Please, anyone who chooses to take up her work ensure you ask for a receipt. She does not keep her word. Better yet don't even go to this woman who calls herself a tailor because she will not do the job properly, she will delay a lot of times and on top of that she charges so much more than she discussed. ☹️

   Shop ok but unfortunately can’t say that about the staff that works in there one of the young lady’s in there very rude was going to buy cardigans but will not be re-turning

   If this is the store of Riffat Baiq.....extremely bad service. She also does tailoring which is terrible. Never calls and tells the price before stitching as promised and alterations of clothes including children clothes very badly done....it is unbelievable how alterations are done...extremely bad. Please dont give any stitching.
