I have been going here daily if not weekly for years as I live very close and have consistently found the shop spotlessly clean and the staff are always so lovely, respectful, polite, proffessional and friendly and I'm very happy to there for an easy shop as it's so close and convenient.
This is not the original New Istanbul Supermarket, why do they have to trick people with the orange cover photo as the original one, if you're looking for original New Istanbul Supermarket, please delete that orange from cover as that photo belongs to the one in Swiss cottage Supermarket, so many people are confused and coming to you little so they know that you are tricking people so they can come to you, shame on your

Dont go here for cat litter unless youd like to pay £6.99. Also suggested to the shop keeper that he could stock aldi cat litter which cost about 1.50 and sell it for 2.50 which is a fair price but got sniggered at. Everything is over priced and theres not much variety. He calls it a convenience store but theres no convenience when you're paying double for everything. Next time ill go aldi. Wishing there was something cheaper and closer.

Great community spirit, supporting vulnerable residents by delivering supplies to those in isolation, due to sheilding from COVID-19. Best local supermarket.
NEVER ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT PRICES IN THIS SHOP. I had a bad experience going to this shop today. I was working outdoors in the extreme hot weather and needed a cold drink so I went to this shop to buy one. Everything went well in the beginning but when I started to ask why the difference of prices it didn't go so well I believe. In the end after more questions... I finally went to pay, he gave me a smaller change then he should have and said he had given some of it before, which he didn't, so when I confronted him for it he just threw my coins back at me and refuse to sell me anything, I felt very humiliated, he was very rude to me in front of other costumers. I wasn't being rude, I was happy to pay but I think it's my right as a customer to ask why the difference of prices. Maybe he didn't like my presence in his shop in the first place, that's what it felt like, it was so unnecessary to treat me so badly.
