   My son had been asking to visit this barber for weeks, and we finally went in today — and what a great experience it was! The barber was a lovely guy who went out of his way to make my son feel comfortable and relaxed. You could really tell he cared, and my son came out feeling confident and happy with his haircut. My husband also enjoyed a really good coffee while we were there — such a nice touch that made the visit even better. Child haircut cost £24 slightly more then what we usually pay for children haircut £15. Overall, a welcoming atmosphere, great service, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

   I had a nice hair cut, it’s a nice place and the barbers are friendly enough but £48 for a hair cut and a beard trim is too much for my pocket (I should’ve checked before going). There are so many places in London which offer a similar service/quality (maybe in a less fancy environment).

   I’ve been coming here for a while, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. The staff didn’t take the time to properly understand what I wanted before starting the haircut. Communication was a major issue — the person cutting my hair didn’t speak English, and the translator barely paid attention, passing on only part of what I said. The result completely ruined my day. What made it worse was the complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, they got defensive and tried to shift the blame onto me for not being clear — when in reality, I was. At the very least, a simple apology would have gone a long way. If you’re going to serve English-speaking customers, please ensure that either the stylist can communicate directly or that the translator listens and translates fully. And more importantly, take a few minutes upfront to confirm the customer’s expectations before picking up the scissors.

   My last visit here was absolutely amazing. No complaints at all and I felt the price was worth the attention I was given The only reason I rated 4 is that the service can be very inconsistent sometimes. Sometimes I didn’t feel the service was worth half the price, while other times I tipped on top of the price Happy to change this to 5* once the service is consistent

   Best service ever. I feel welcomed and comfortable every time I visit + all barbers are absolute pros. Fresh beverages available while waiting but booking in advance is also an option. I travel 30 miles+ and worth it because excellent barbers are rare and hard to find.

   There’s a reason that this place is always empty. The staff is horrific when it comes to customer service and their haircuts are equally as bad. The only reason I continued to go there was because I lived in the building opposite and it was convenient. The positive reviews on here are so obviously from friends and family. If this place had any sort of competition nearby it would be out of business.
