    This is asda mega store and quite spacious. You find variety of products, goods and food items at reasonable price. The cleaning is outstanding. The staff is supportive to customer queries. Parking is free for two hours if you spend over £5. Mornings are quieter but evenings are quite busy. Till & payment kiosk management can certainly be improved. McDonald and churches are few meters away.

    I experienced clear racial discrimination at Asda Barking, and the service I received was completely unacceptable. I had been waiting for some time for an age/quality assurance check while staff tried to locate a charged device. During this wait, a group of Asian women arrived after me and required the same check. The male staff member looked directly at me, then deliberately chose to serve them first. His colleague clearly informed him that I was waiting before them, yet he ignored this and continued serving the other customers. This was not a mistake — it was a conscious decision. I was left feeling humiliated, disregarded, and discriminated against. This behaviour reflects extremely poorly on Asda Barking and raises serious concerns about racial bias within the store. This incident should be formally investigated, and staff must be held accountable. No customer should ever be treated this way.

    Little to no management oversight within the store meaning that staff are allowed to run rampant, poor service, rude and aggressive. I spoke with a management about an employee who was rude and aggressive, ignored customers and didn’t want to hand over the bag on her arm (well then put them down so I can get one myself). Management was just as rude as she was, had to actually call corporate to resolve). They have put in machines for self service fantastic, but no line management so customers have to figure out where to queue, pushing, arguing and fighting. Honestly the only good thing about this Asda is the selection (won’t comment because they have great stuff) security who are polite and friendly and the fact that it is close but management of the store is very poor

    Great variety of products. Groceries, clothing, frozen food, drinks, juices, vegetables, snacks, fruits. Plenty of Parking space available. Dining is also available. Dairy products. Bakery products cereals. Some electronic and electric products are available. Prices are relatively cheaper than other big supermarkets (this is what I feel).

    I come here all the time! Even on Christmas Eve 6:30am or New Year’s Day afternoon. I never have an issue and the staff are lovely and friendly! The staff are always helpful to me on many occasions. Yes sometimes the queues can get long but who cares when you all waiting to pay for something you need? Thank you for always helping

    The manager Amira she was very rude for me and she blame me that i was try to still a bag for 30p without a checking a screen if i pay or not just becouse i try to show them they making mistake with price card

    Very packed. We was looking for eggs and seafood seasoning. Large shop seems very busy, parking is free if your spending in the shop. Security guard is friendly. Big selection but no egg! To busy for me But my mums comes here when she’s in a rush. Thanks for having us Ajla Rae
