A fairly good store with a wide selection of products. However, I've purchased several items during various visits where the price charged at the till is different to what was on the shelf. So I'd advise anyone shopping here to be careful of the pricing.

On Thursday 4th December I went to do some last minute shopping at around 11pm. The lady there was so rude and refused to help me however her colleague stepped in and helped me out. I believe her name was Elske. She was so polite and cheerful at the self checkout. She greeted me with a smile. Made the whole shopping trip feel easier and more pleasant. Really appreciated her friendly attitude.

Click and collect service was absolutely awful, it was my first time using it and only to collect two large bags of rice as my mum can’t go shopping without being in excruciating pain, there was no point travelling to Asda to then have to leave as the item is out of stock. So to be safe I did click and collect, waited over 30 minutes to be given my order, and only because I knocked on the side door to find the worker chilling on his phone doing nothing! Awful customer service I’m very disappointed for something that is made to be easy for people became an issue of waiting outside in the cold for a long amount of time.

Don't dare go in this store with stuff from a pet shop that is literally on the same strip of stores. You will be accused of stealing although clearly states from pets at home in big clear bag black writing. The manger agrees he doesn't understand how it can be mixed up with Asda brand. The collegue started running of her mouth and getting ither customers involved. 2nd time shopping in there the follegie ignores the till that needs attention and when I go get another staff member. Sets a family of ignorant un educated people on a mother with children. Spoke with manger who says will be dealt with but wasn't at all useless store. The decline of asda as a company poor customer care and fairness to customers. Not somewhere worth wasting money or time at all. The staff member just lacks customer service and the staff who stood smiling at the incident. School girl behaviour from school days very sad they wonder why people shop online now days. Reccomendations I think not stay clear fat better stores out there.

This ASDA shop is a cheating shop with POOR customers service. The price go down from $1.5 (see photo) but keep charging me for $1.5. Actually, this is not a big deal but.... 1. I have to wait 10 minutes to queue for customers service. 2. The customer service lady treat me like a thief or cheating person even if I gave her the receipt and photo attached. 3. Ask me for the bag of peanut (see photo) way inside my shopping bag. 4. She did not refund the cash but gift card instead. This mean, I have to shop back. --------- In Tesco, I returned a bag of funny smell chicken to customers service. I can simply replace bag with bag in 1 minute. NO bad felling, quick service and say sorry to me even not the customers service problem.

The choices of products are good and the price are reasonable. Specially buying sweets and snacks for family. Every time I went there I was surprised because they always have new products of toys and clothes. Recently, they renewed the shopping trolleys. One pound coin or a token have to be used to release a trolley. Unfortunately, today I had a ‘new’ trolley with NOISY WHEELS. I didn’t have another token to release another trolley. Also, there were not enough small trolleys near the entrance where the ATM machines located. As a result I had to use the noisy trolley to the shop. It made my shopping experience a bit difficult and annoying. However, there are many self checkout tills which can checkout efficiently and the gentleman staff who worn a yellow vest was very helpful.

Grand asda store including george outlet also. Also offers click and collect. Has scan and go option which is very handy, pick up your scanner at start, keep scanning every item and go through separate checkout at the end. There is also a party, cards section at the start which is quite good.

Based within the 'Greenwich Shopping Park', this Asda is pretty much the same as others, same system, format, just at a different location. The Store itself caters to majority of things you'd need from day-to-day, I've always found staff to be nice when asked for help. Only drawback from our experience is the checkout tills could have had a couple more staff members on due to queues being way too long than needed. Part from that, same ol' same ol'.
