Very disappointed I went to Asda (Isle of Dogs Asda) today to collect my Click & Collect order and needed some help. I first spoke to the security guard, who was very rude and told me he couldn’t help and to go to customer services. When I went there, the staff member said he couldn’t help either, that everyone was busy, and told me to go back online — even though I had an email confirmation saying my items were ready. I then spoke to the manager, who was also very unhelpful. He told me to wait while he asked the security guard to help. I waited, but no one came. I went back to the security guard again and he was rude once more. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life. I ended up leaving the store in shock. This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience.

I always dread coming to this " post apocalyptic" store. It's the only big supermarket in my area so I need to come here. It's ugly, dirty, poor customer service and infuriatingly bad stocked especially before holiday seasons. You can barely find what you need and I can only blame management/ownership as they clearly don't care about anything anymore. Also , Quality control of products are almost non existent.

This store, most of their items are always out of stock. George click and collect take to long for store staff to arrive and hand our parcels! I had waited over 30 minutes! Also the staff are rude and do not seem to care about its customers! Makes you not want to interact with their staff. Management should take steps to improve all of this!

I come every few months to check on the gluten free and organic offering. I gave yo admit they have good organic vegetable offering and the cheapest organic whole chicken I can find in town, £9. I also like some of the home accessories they have.

It's not perfect, but still typically a good experience. There's a large selection of products, no queues, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The opening hours are great too. Products (especially meats and cheeses) could be stocked up a bit more, as they are commonly out by the evening, but there's normally a wide range of alternatives. The main thing I dislike is item prices being arbitrarily increased (sometimes nearly doubled) just to then be "rolled back" a few weeks later, but I guess that's just an ASDA policy that the individual shop is forced to follow. Thanks to everyone working here, I appreciate you all :)

Good store, large and busy. It has ATM and pick up point.

The shopping was fine,it was easy But the dining area, when we went to eat... The fish and chips was so dry, the lady working at the kitchen area, didn't want to make beans so I had just fish and chips.. And the chips was a small amount for £7:75. And she just seemed off, because she was in her own. Lots of other people just left because it wasn't worth the amount of food they were offering
