   I accidentally left my bag at the petrol station this evening. Full of all my valuables. I don't know the lady's name who answered the lost property phone, went and checked, but thank you so much.

   The store itself isn't terrible BUT where are the trolleys?! Could not find any outside at all. I get there are idiots stealing them but none? My disabled mother needs to use a trolley and puts her crutches in it as she is shopping. I had to go all the way to the end of the car park to find ONE and it was not chained up so it didn't move! Had to wait for someone to put one back and took it inside to where my mother was sitting down. Also, trollies piled up inside with shopping that customers had left. Put the stuff back on the shelves and free up those trollies! Should add it was quiet when we went and there were not many people using trollies

   I got accused of stealing during rush hour by an asian man working at self checkout as a black woman care & support worker who was taking her client out for shopping during my working hours.It was so embarrassing, and super busy. I was paying for 2 separate shopping. When scanning the stuff I asked for help he had already prejudged me & asked me if I’m paying separately for the other thing and I said yes. I paid and left. When I was leaving the security was on his headset and called me back and told me the asian man wants to see me. I went back & he asked to see my receipt, I showed the receipt as onlookers watched on, thinking I’m a thief. It was so degrading. He soon saw the stuff were paid for and I took my reciept and left. On my way out the security guard apologised to me. I heard the security guard talking into the headphones and telling him “you need to stop doing this” I’ve never been accused of stealing in my life and the first person to accuse me was a POC, yikes! Funny thing is I used to work here too loool. Deserve to be sued! Also I explain this story to my partner later and just imagine , the same thing happened to my partners friend in her NHS uniform and we’re both sure it was the same guy after matching descriptions…. While you’re busy targeting black women, real thieves are getting away. Good luck with that sir!

   I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff are quite rude and don’t seem to have basic manners when speaking to customers. In particular, one of the girls working at the tills was very unprofessional and quite annoying in the way she spoke to us. We actually raised a complaint with the higher team in the hope that she will improve her attitude. Good customer service is the least you expect when shopping, and I truly hope the management addresses this issue.

   Large store with lots of aisles but not enough checkout tills. Heavily leaning towards self checkout for trolleys and baskets but always queues for them. Tried the fresh made pizza counter for the first time, took a long time to be served as only one person covering this and the hot food counter. Lots of parking spaces available too!

   It’s ok. Has everything that a large supermarket has. George clothing, pizza, Halal butchers, Subway, instant photo printing, and a Carpet cleaning machine rental added too. Also Petrol station and own car park. Next to it has a drive through McDonalds if you want to fatten yourself up too. The only let down is that it has no fish market, so your can’t buy fresh chilled seafood.
