Asda was advertising offers but would not honour threm .spoke to the manager who was extremely rude saying its my store ill do what i like..went to Bexleyheath and got the offer no problems. Guess what store i will go to next time
Came in the other evening and had a poor experience with a very rude male staff at night. I had taken a plastic bag and scanned it first so I could place my items into it while doing checkout. He was watching me the whole time and as I had already scanned the bag at the start, I selected no additional bags at the end on the screen. The staff then walked over and demanded to me to add the bag, to which I replied you watched me scan it at the start. He then started to get more verbally aggressive and strongly insisted that I did not and I have to pay it or I’m not leaving. Naturally I was very flustered and insisted that he could just check the items I’ve paid for instead of causing a commotion. He refused to do so , so I had to scroll up on the screen to show the first item I scanned was a bag. After seeing this, he did not apologise and grunted off. Extremely disappointed in the customer service.
I really like this ASDA. Never had problem with anything, prices are attractive, I can get some of my favourite food from Poland and from time to time I’m returning Amazon items there. Great, super helpful and friendly personnel. Thank you for all this.
I have to say my experience at Asda Belvedere was ruined by one staff member. Almost every other staff member smiled back at me and was pleasant, but when I looked at this one guy and gave a polite smile, he responded by giving me the dirtiest, rudest look imaginable. I saw his name on his name badge — it was Michael. There was absolutely no reason for that attitude. It’s not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful to customers. If someone can’t even manage a basic level of politeness without glaring, they shouldn’t be working in a customer-facing role. Michael’s behavior was unacceptable, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in the store.
Massive store! We love their reduced section. Large variety of halal options. Slight downside is that they recently put up the prices of their own ASDA brand eggs. However, can't fault the store otherwise. Friendly staff which makes our trip to our local ASDA worth it, see you soon.
I have moved to the area 3 years ago and do my regular shopping here 2-3 times a week. Firstly the staff in this location are absolutely vile no customer service skills and they dont seem bothered at all. They used to have an issue with trolleys but have now ordered more after months! Also most times there are no baskets you need go self scan to go get them. The product availability in this store is atrocious you can hardly find products and they dont seem to restock things quickly. The worst supermarket by far what makes it worse is the staff, they dont seem to be bothered and never seen one smile. I only write this so you can improve in your recruitment process and training towards staff, also availability of products.
The blonde lady from the kiosk is the most rude person I ever encounter.She is so unprofessional and unfriendly and today she has crossed the line she has started shouting at me that I am being rude that I have snacked the product from her after I have waited for her to finish her chat with her colleague and after she gave me wrong product. If this is the costumer service that Asda if offering than I will be going elsewhere.
If I could give this store a minus I would! The store is filthy and dirty no stock on the shelves I had to queue 20 mins as only one cashier on who was new and didn’t know what she was doing she didn’t scan my blue light card despite asking for additional identification then shrugged and said go to customer services would not come back here or any other asda absolutety useless!!
I bought a Tv in this store which I discovered had parts broken inside and missing. I wanted to return it the following day. The manager (black) Kevin from another department was extremely rude, offensive and unprofessional in dealing with this matter. Assumed that the item was made faulty by me. He had no eye contact or warmness to him. Took no accountability and did not offer an alternative solution. Kevin walked off twice away from serving me, has a very short fuse and an aggressive manner. Avery bad representative of the company. Another lady manager was the total opposite and dealt with the matter suitably. Do not buy any electrical appliances. There's no guarantees! Any the customerservice is very poor and sparse!! Kevin needs thorough management training. Bully tactics should not be used in any such case.
I shop at this store a lot and find it to be a good one. The one problem I have is that when it rains quite heavily the car park floods and you can’t get to the store unless you’re happy to have wet feet. This has been a long term issue.
