   We took 8 Primary aged children to Asda for a life skills lesson in shopping and handling money. The staff there were incredibly helpful, especially when we couldn't find an item on our list and when we went to pay. The lady at the kiosk was kind enough to allow the children to individually purchase an item each, thus allowing them to handle money and gain invaluable life skills. Well done to all the staff members - The children had a great time.

   It's a supermarket not a care centre It is just up the old from ne I can wake terminal and carry 2 bags home no it might not stock everything that is left to the big one up the road, it is very convenient for top up shopping. I do not expect to be greeted by anyone I am 76 and partially sighted now ad I can manage if I need heIp ask for it and I am treated with curtesy and efficency, my o ly gripe is the constant moving of products to different places, yes I know why it is done and it is all supermarkets not just this one, but it makes it harder if you have sight problems It is a local godsend for many of us just don't expect it to be a Hypermarket.

   Small store , very friendly and lovely staff who do their very best, choice limited by size, sometimes you can get what you want however it can also be hit and miss even with essential items. You can get strawberry jelly but that’s it never raspberry or any other flavour. When busy it absolutely manic. The car park is not the best, especially if you are on foot there is no dedicated walkway people park anywhere and the collection by motorcycle for the lazy brigade is a law unto where driving and parking is concerned. I think the store could be so much better and a refurbishment and car park enforcement would also be of benefit. Very handy for a small shop or forgotten items.

   Convenient place but what is with the staffing levels? 3 security but one person managing tills & kiosk. Always waiting over 10 mins if you need anything from the kiosk

   Absolutely love this store… however, the shortage of staff is a major issue! Today, Michelle was the only staff member managing a queue of customers, problems at the tills and sorting parcel requests! It’s by far the not the first time I have noticed this! Surely this raises concerns for staff and customers! May I also add that despite this, Michelle is a very helpful and considerate member of staff who is an asset to the team.

   Used to like coming in here but now it's pretty dire and soulless. The tills are unmanned and it now just offers self scanned. I'm not an asda employee and so shouldn't be doing it myself. I guess they are paving the way for a cashless society and artificial intelligence. Very sad.

   This review is for Click and Collect Only. Click and collect does not seem to be functioning properly. It takes allot of time to locate parcels and people have to wait some considerable time. I waited 20 minutes to be served and after I was served I was told my parcel was not there. The lady that served me was pleasant and tried hard to resolve the issue. She did not seem to be at fault for this problem. I think logistically and how things are stored for collection needs to be reviewed. Do not send your items to this location until they dealt with the problems of click and collect.

   I could go to the superstore in Bexleyheath but this is my local, they have most of the things I want but it is only a local so I don't expect them to sell everything, the car park is adequate the staff are helpful and friendly it's no more expensive than the superstore and they have a better range of garden plants which are very good value. Inside its always clean and tidy ok when they are shelf filling it may block the aisle but that can be expected but the staff will always move their trolly to let you past, I have no problems with this store what so ever.
