Had energy CASH out vouchers for PayPoint. They have a contract with pay point and they refused to cash out my vouchers saying theyβll lose out. What kind of nonsense is this? How can you lose out? You get the money back for those vouchers. Horrible customer support at this location!!!

As a delivery rider, Iβve repeatedly faced long waiting times at this ASDA store. Usually, only one staff member handles rider orders, and many of these orders have 50+ items. This causes a huge backlog. Sometimes the staff member assigned to riders is busy doing other tasks or chatting, which delays things even more. Iβve seen many riders arrive, wait for a long time, and eventually cancel their orders because nothing is prepared. This issue keeps happening again and again. If the store is unable to prepare orders on time, they should pause the machine and stop accepting new orders until the existing ones are completed. One day, out of curiosity, I timed it myself β it took nearly 2.5 hours just to receive one online order. This level of delay is unacceptable and needs immediate improvement.

Run down store, reviews are not actually looked at and dealt with you just reply to them! Please tell us how we can take it further! Discriminated by Asian security card every single time. Avoid at all costs! Edmonton green are way more friendlier! If I could give zero stars I would

Had a very bad experience at this store today! queued up for half an hour to pick up a order saw another lady at the counter named Andy and politely told her i was there to pick up a order she told i have to carry on queuing, fair enough i went back to back and queued up patiently despite waiting for ages. When it was my turn i was told to wait on the side till that lady Andy bough the order machine and the lady at the counter carried on serving other customers, when the lady Andy could have clearly helped me when i told her i was there to pick up a order as she had the machine instead of making me wait for no reason as the lady at the counter carried on serving people after it was my turn anyway. When i approached her about this concern she starting speaking to me with a disgusting manner and told me not to be rude when i wast even being rude i was just telling her she could have helped me so instead of apologizing she walked off without confronting me as i am a customer and as a staff she should have dealt with my concern instead of walking away and ignoring me. What kind of customer service is this? these people are not even trained in customers service and have no idea how to treat customers. Andy should not get away with this attitude and the way she speaks to customers, i will also raise this complaint with Asda. No staff member in that shop knows what they are doing there is lack of staff on the shop floor and tills. The management of this shop floor is clearly not doing their job property as i have never seen such poor customer service in any of the Asda, this is very disappointing.

I bought chicken tights yesterday, it had +5 days life but when i tried to cook, the smell of ammonia nearly made me faint, i had the same problem couple of months before. Meat have funny colour, they donβt store the meat at the right temperature, shame it is very close to my house but i will never go back there for meat, i think it will be good for them to close and another retailer to open.

Today was our first time visit. Not a big shop but I bought all my food. Staff are helpful, we used self checkout and this is easy and fast.

This Asda is okay, best to go in the evenings as it gets really busy for the size that it is, I have nothing to moan about just in to get what I need and out again, the car park is a good size and free..staff are polite if I ask them for assistance, I have been visiting from when it was netto supermarket, I will continue to shop here when I can as I no longer live near by.

Terrible staff. Just like to accuse people all day. Chinese lady accused me of not paying for a bag but then noticed I actually did scan it. Did not apologise. Staff always assuming the worst. TERRIBLE Asian SECURITY man. Makes my shopping experience completely unpleasant.

We used ASDA for the first time when we was visiting friends in Bedfordshire even though we live in North London we said it was the weekend so we will do shopping at ASDA for a change and we was surprisingly shocked on how affordable and the variety there was. However this ASDA was the nearest super store near us and we said lets go back to ASDA and it was absolutely horrific. The staff seemed to think it was more of a social club i can comfortably say our local corner shop is more organised than this store. Nothing is in the right place and the shelfs have been so badly neglected its beyond a joke not to mention most tills displaying a hand written sign projecting cash only. I can safely say i will never visit this store again and do not recommend it to anyone.
