“I wanted to share my appreciation for Trish, who provided exceptional customer service at the self-checkout tills in the Waitrose store last night. Despite it being a busy peak hour, Trish took the time to help every single customer who needed assistance, including myself. She was incredibly efficient, kind, and patient, which made a stressful situation much easier for everyone. I couldn’t help but notice that Trish was the only one managing the tills, as her colleagues either called her for help or left her to handle the customers on her own. While this didn’t seem fair, Trish managed it with grace and professionalism. She even helped me resolve an issue with my Waitrose card that wouldn’t scan. Trish is the epitome of excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition for her hard work. People like her make the shopping experience so much better, and it’s clear that she’s an asset to your team. I hope Waitrose considers her for a promotion because she certainly deserves it! “I’ve been shopping at Direct Food Centre for years now and even though I’ve moved all the way to Cheshunt, I still make the trip down just to do my shopping here. That says it all really! The staff are always super friendly and helpful – you’re always greeted with a smile. The owners are honestly the friendliest bunch you’ll ever meet, always going out of their way for customers. The veg is always fresh and top quality, nothing like what you find in the big supermarkets. And of course, I can’t forget the best butcher around – Soner!
